★ ★ ★ ★ ★ troppo lenti a richiamare per il servizio assistenza.. due ore di attesa per un quesito da risolvere sono troppe per un software non proprio economico.. dovrebbero offrire più copertura oraria di assistenza, soprattutto per i periodi "caldi" delle aziende.. MIGLIORABILE
too slow to call back for assistance service .. two hours of waiting for a question to be solved are too much for a software that is not exactly cheap .. they should offer more hourly assistance coverage, especially for the "hot" periods of companies .. IMPROVABLE
