R	Roberta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di effettuare l'ordine tramite ubereats ho contattato telefonicamente il locale per avere certezza che vi fosse la disponibilità della sorpresa Pokémon negli Happy meals per i bambini. Mi hanno assicurato di sì. Alla consegna la brutta sorpresa: nessuna traccia delle carte Pokemon e delle orribile sorprese che saranno dell'anno scorso. Contattati nuovamente mi hanno detto che non potevano farci nulla. Davvero poco professionali e senza nemmeno l'accortezza di informarsi prima di dare certezza al cliente. Pessimi. Mai più. Before placing the order through ubereats, I contacted the restaurant by phone to be sure that the Pokémon surprise in Happy meals for children was available. They assured me they did. On delivery the nasty surprise: no trace of the Pokemon cards and the horrible surprises that will be from last year. Contacted again they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Per fortuna mia figlia non ha fatto storie più di tanto, ma non so quanti bambini avrebbero fatto lo stesso nello scoprire che mancava il proprio regalo tanto atteso! Saranno anche giochini sciocchi ma si sa che l’happymeal ad un bambino si acquista soprattutto per il gioco in regalo che per gli alimenti che contiene!!! Pessimo servizio quindi di chi ha lavorato il mio ordine!!! Sono rimaste solo due tipi di insalata. Quella con iceberg, 2 miseri pomodorini e qualche trancio di pollo preistorico.. Il gelato Sundae si deve mangiare con il microscopio e non sa più di niente. Non vi preoccupate, non ho il Covid. Sento benissimo tutta la puzza che esce dalle vostre cucine. È molto simile a quella dei cassonetti della spazzatura. Inoltre, la maionese che usate sa di Solvente che si usa per ammorbidire i pennelli. E poi...le sottilette...Di cosa sono fatte? Di cera? Le patatine poi....Sembrano di plastica! So che fra qualche giorno mi risponderete e mi liquiderete con due frasi evasive, ma la gente non è stupida. Ha capito che la qualità del cibo è calata notevolmente, semmai c'è stata. p	pietro cinefra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve verso le 14,30 presso di voi alla Birreria ho fatto il Drive con 2 menu’ Crispy e un Happymeal…risultato: patatine fredde stecchite non hai livelli giusti nel cartoncino Coca-Cole idem livelli di prodotto minori nel bicchiere 1 sola cannuccia manco un tovagliolo. Io voglio capire la velocità che poi non c’era chissà che dietro di me una solo macchina in quel momento ma qualità e servizio davvero scadenti. Vi scrive una persona che negli anni dal 1998 al 2003 ha lavorato in tutti i Mc Donald’s su Napoli. Sinceramente preferivo molto ma molto di più la tecnica di anni fa che questa automatizzata al massimo per fare le corse per dare un prodotto alla gente sempre freddo e che magari nel Crispy sempre per la velocità non ci trovi mai 3 fettine di Bacon come dice la scheda del panino. Comunque spero che lèggiate questo messaggio e richiamate un po’ i crew che facessero bene il loro lavoro insieme ai manager che devono supervisionare che vada tutto bene.
