Nobody was in the macdo and I had to wait 35min for a big Mac. Non excuses when delivered, I would not recommend this macdo at all

β β β β β They don't let tourists in without European QR code. Most of the countries don't provide a QR, but a proof of vaccination which is not enough for them. So, if you are not European, don't visit them.

β β β β β I agree with the most reviewers and experienced it, there's an attitude problem with their staffs. I don't know if that's really their attitude or they don't want to work at all. Also you can order thru machine only, and not everyone knows how to use it especially for the foreigners.

β β β β β Bouncer on the door quite rude/attitude (McDonalds translate this into Italian and tell him) and just not a pleasant experience. I guess this is how Italy does McDonalds. Suggest order on the big screens and go. Super slow service and a lot of trash around both inside and out!

β β β β β We got signaled that the food is ready but it took another 5 minutes to actually get it. They got half of the order wrong meaning that half was missing. Even then the staff did not really bother to pick up the pace. Abysmal service.
