M	Monica Rovati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un po' stanca delle solite attività fisiche in palestra praticate x anni, sentivo la necessità di approcciarmi a qualcosa di più interiore, che mi mettesse alla prova anche in questo senso. Sono una persona piuttosto curiosa, e così in età matura ho cercato e trovato nella Tigre Bianca un bel gruppo con cui condividere questa grande esperienza. Già "condivisione", ormai così poco praticata, ma così fondamentale per il benessere comune. Maria Grazia è una maestra a 360 gradi, con parecchi anni di preparazione sportiva e tecnica, e grande capacità di insegnamento (dote non comune). Il suo insegnamento arriva a tutti grandi e piccini, in modo piacevole ma serio. Altrettanto disponibili e preparati sono Orlando e tutti gli allievi che Maria Grazia forma, sempre pronti ad aiutare i meno esperti. Che dire di più: grazie di esistere e l'augurio che il gruppo cresca e diffonda tanti buoni valori per un mondo migliore. Maria Grazia is a 360 degree teacher, with several years of sports and technical preparation, and great teaching skills (uncommon dowry). His teaching reaches everyone young and old, in a pleasant but serious way. Equally available and prepared are Orlando and all the students that Maria Grazia trains, always ready to help the less experienced. Alla tigre bianca non si scherza! Gli allenamenti sono impegnativi e tesi sempre a conoscere se stessi e il gruppo, con cui si creano forti legami. Inoltre, tra le sue fila, La Tigre Bianca può vantare tanti bambini e giovani ragazzi, che con il gioco e lo studio imparano la disciplina e il rispetto. La Tigre Bianca ha riacceso in me l'amore per le arti marziali, grazie soprattutto ad un grande Maestro con una sensibilità fuori dal comune. Anche da lontano, sento forte l'attaccamento alla scuola e ai valori che ogni giorno tramanda.
