The costumes are very beautiful and durable, the colors resist various seasons, as well as the elasticity of the fabrics, very good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service - I waited 1h in store to get a tax free form to find out the next day that it was cancelled (for no good reason) after I walked out of the store, hence I could not claim back VAT at customs. Customer service is non existing, no one picking up the phone or replying to emails. Very disappointed as they position themselves at a price point where you would expect a decent service in return. Will not shop at MC2 anymore.
