★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I disliked how the staff reacted after they figured out we both were not Italians, my toddler son of 2years and myself American married to an incredible Napolitan Family. I have traveled around the world and visited plenty businesses. However none treated me liked this business.
Once they figured out I did not speak their language the employees reacted sharing faces. I asked for a pair of black shoes giving my son’s size and one girl went inside and fast outside saying “no number”,,, Maybe it was true; however, my understanding was the fastest they can go the better.
Certainly, the Blvd where they are located can be an incredible place to keep this business, but “the class you want to show” do not go with the prices oscillating from 50-100€ which indeed tourists can pay… but tourists want not only to spend but be treated as part of the service.
My suggestions coming from a family of business: Treat others no matter, you do not rate the book by its cover. As a business family member I can say to the owner: sometimes you can have potential clients who can BUY and the arrogance can send them away to other shops as happened! Good luck for those who treated us friendly, warmly, and welcomed as from our people from where we belong, Miami; And/Or change your staff or your mentality. Wish the best of luck after this pandemic!
