Per acquisti in negozio assistenza post vendita inesistente. Sono andata per chiedere la possibilità di un cambio e sono stata trattata come una poveretta che non capisce niente. Tra l'altro ho fatto presente alla fabbrica del prodotto in questione (di cui sono rivenditori) lo spiacevole episodio e la negoziante mi ha poi detto che se non avessi fatto la segnalazione "forse avrebbero potuto probabilmente valutare la sostituzione del prodotto che avevo chiesto", della serie: tu ci hai fatto un dispetto e noi ne facciamo uno a te... Molto professionale.
I prodotti sono tendenzialmente cari, su internet si trova più scelta, un servizio migliore e maggiori garanzie.
