Inoltre dimostra capacità di ascolto e comprensione nei confronti dei pazienti. Davvero ottimo. Doctor available and very professional. I recommend it to everybody. Really very good and competent. Non ho dato 5 stelle, perché sono abbastanza lontano di casa dal loro studio,!! I have been a "client" since 2009 and I must say that I do not agree with what other people have said, the secretaries with me are very understanding and excellent in the job, when I need .... as long as I call the office and around a few days, they fix me an appointment with the Doctor, !! Dopo averla scritta, la mail non la guardano, richiamo e rispondono ‘richiami domani’. La segretaria che risponde al telefono é frettolosa e poco professionale. Il dottore dovrebbe pender atto di queste recensioni e prendere dei provvedimenti. Nel frattempo io sono ancora senza appuntamento. I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks and they keep bouncing saying 'write us an email' by appointment. After writing it, the emails do not look at it, I call back and reply 'call back tomorrow'. The secretary who answers the phone is hasty and unprofessional. The doctor should take note of these reviews and take action. In the meantime, I'm still without an appointment.

Arrivavo da una esperienza negativa a Milano, per cui la disponibilità del Dottore mi ha lasciato veramente soddisfatta. A parte che la visita è durata oltre un'ora per cui ho potuto con tranquillità dialogare con il medico che visitandomi si è soffermato su alcuni particolari spiegandomi il perchè di certi sintomi. Precisione nella stesura della perizia e soprattutto onestà nel valutare il danno. Lo consiglio vivamente anche se a volte i tempi sono lunghi perché il Dott. Mazzetti essendo molto quotato nel suo campo, la lista di attesa a volte e di qualche settimana. Questo però fa ben sperare perché se la lista un po' lunga dimostra che lo specialista è preparato e molto richiesto I made a medico-legal visit for an accident right away. Mi sono recato dal Dr. Mazzetti a seguito di incidente stradale, essendo "convenzionato" con la compagnia Taddia Group di Busto Arsizio. Un ottimo professionista ??‍⚕️ Medical office located in a beautiful condominium complex with fantastic views.
