d	daniele erba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi avevo un appuntamento per visita oculistica alle 18.15 ; alle 18.30 ero ancora in attesa ; alle 18.45 viene chiamata una paziente , che già aspettava nella sala di attesa al mio arrivo ; prevedo altri 30 minuti di attesa . Me ne sono andato annullando l'appuntamento senza avere adeguate scuse da parte della Direzione .Mi chiedo perché il medico , sapendo di avere un ritardo di un ora non abbia incaricato le solerti segretarie di avvisare telefonicamente del ritardo i pazienti ; certo !! così si perdono pazienti che annullano la visita causa ritardo , meglio farli aspettare in ambulatorio per non perdere fatturato . Comportamento che non ho riscontrato persino negli ambulatori della mutua . Cercherò sicuramente un altro studio di oculistica . I left canceling the appointment without having adequate apologies from the Management. I wonder why the doctor, knowing that he was one hour late, did not instruct the diligent secretaries to notify the patients of the delay by telephone; of course !! in this way patients are lost who cancel the visit due to delay, it is better to make them wait in the clinic so as not to lose turnover. Behavior that I have not found even in health care clinics. I will definitely look for another eye study.
