They were good at changing pieces, they weren't able to solve my problems. Very bad workshop and too expensive. At least the staff is nice ..

Mi hanno fatyo provare lanuova Mazda 3,stupenda......mi piacerebbe conprarla...ma la banca...per il momento....mi hanno detto......spetta ancora un po' ????
I was happily surprised by their welcome. They were very professional, they made me feel cared for helping me in doubts about the aceltz of the car. I have tried fatuova Mazda 3, wonderful ...... I would like to conprarla ... but the bank ... for the moment .... they told me ...... is still a bit '?? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto mi riguarda e come esito di diversi interventi effettuati presso l' officina posso solo esprimere la mia soddisfazione per la disponibilità, la competenza e la velocità nell' esecuzione delle operazioni richieste. L'unica cosa, che non è un problema se lo si sa, e la necessità di prenotare gli interventi di routine come i tagliandi con un certo anticipo visto il prevedibile tempo di attesa.
As far as I am concerned and as a result of various interventions carried out at the workshop, I can only express my satisfaction with the availability, competence and speed in carrying out the required operations. The only thing, which is not a problem if you know it, is the need to book routine interventions such as coupons well in advance given the expected waiting time.

A giugno 2020 orari non aggiornati! Mi sono presentato una sera in officina alle 18:15 quando in teoria sarebbe dovuta essere aperta ancora per un quarto d'ora ed ho trovato i ragazzi fuori dall'officina che mi han detto che avevano chiuso alle 18 e di presentarmi nei giorni successivi.
Ora non so se hanno modificato gli orari post lockdown ma in ogni caso suggerirei di mettere una spunta anche per l'officina e aggiornarla con i relativi orari.

In June 2020 times not updated! I showed up one evening in the workshop at 6.15 pm when in theory it should have been open for another quarter of an hour and I found the guys outside the workshop who told me they had closed at 6.00 pm and to introduce myself in the following days.
Now I don't know if they have changed the post lockdown times but in any case I would suggest putting a check also for the workshop and updating it with the relative times.
