Il venditore usa un tipo di spedizione economica che notifica la consegna anche se la spedizione arriva ad un altro indirizzo perchè non fanno firmare il destinatario, come probabilmente sarà successo nel mio caso, l'indirizzo era sbagliato. Da parte del venditore nessuna comunicazione o tentativo di risolvere la controversia. Pessima Esperienza. I purchased a regularly paid LG phone battery never came. The seller uses a type of economic shipment that notifies the delivery even if the shipment arrives at another address because they do not make the recipient sign, as probably will have happened in my case, the address was wrong. Lungo scambio epistolare e ci autorizzano al reso, spedite per posta normale ma dopo mesi nessuna notizia e manco rispondono alle e-mail. Chiamati telefonicamente non sanno nulla, dicono che non seguono loro le vendite e-bay e non sanno con chi farti parlare nè cosa fare. Esperienza pessima, assolutamente da evitare. Spero che questa recensione VERA E DOCUMENTABILE serva ad evitare che altre persone siano costrette a subire la stessa cosa. Buy 2 LG GFlex2 batteries via e-bay, perfectly follow the instructions for the first charges: 1 duration 3 weeks, the other 1 month and a half then both don't go anymore, the old one that is 5 years old goes more. Long exchange of letters and authorize us to return, sent by regular mail but after months no news and not even respond to e-mails. Called by phone they don't know anything, they say they don't follow e-bay sales and they don't know who to talk to you about or what to do. Bad experience, absolutely to be avoided. Provato in 2 telefoni, risultato identico. Chiesto il reso o la sostituzione mi viene risposto di rispedirglielo a spese mie. Lette le pessime recensioni, che purtroppo non avevo letto prima e constatato che x questi signori di rispondere al telefono non se ne parla, decido di disfarmi del cavetto e acquistarne un'altro da un nuovo venditore. Gente del genere discredita i negozi online. Purchased 1 huawei charging cable via Amazon. Arrived 1 day late. Micro USB that connects and disconnects with great difficulty. Nel caso mio batteria acquistata tramite Amazon che dopo soli 6 mesi durava meno di quella usata che era andata a sostituire. Pessima esperienza. As mentioned in other reviews they sell shoddy material and invent arbitrary warranty periods to not answer for them later. In my case, the battery purchased through Amazon that after only 6 months lasted less than the used one it had replaced. Bad experience.
