2nd time I've purchased carbon from this company, and i can honestly say that both parts have been spot on, and any questions i've had, have been dealt with quickly. Good show Maxicarbon, keep up the good work, just one more part to go for my bike, hope to hear from you soon.

Ordered a few pieces that were in stock online. Got a message a few days later saying one item (air intakes) will take 2-3 weeks to be back in stock. 2 months later and a couple more emails later each saying 2 more weeks, the pieces finally arrived. The intake mesh was not glued the same, they were 90 degrees to each other. Was given a discount for both delay and options to replace the bad piece. They really went out of their way to make it right and besides the one delay/error, the carbon pieces are great quality and look amazing on the bike.

Great experience once again. I have bought 3 pieces of carbon for my Superduke 1290 now from them and each one has been beautifully made and the communication has been fantastic. Highly recommended.

Be prepared to wait much longer than suggested on their website. It's already about a year has passed since I placed my order, but some parts have not arrived, yet. They keep postponing the delivery or just stop responding emails. When they do respond the emails, they are very nice and encouraging. Their land line phone is disconnected (at list for international incoming calls). The parts that have arrived are of a good quality carbon although, some of them are off and need some work on it to make it fit. Claudio has committed to prepare new replacement parts for the originally sent that didn't fit, but prepare for a LONG waiting time (I'm still waiting for those as well). I gave them 4 stars, first, but had to reduce it to three, as for now.

Would never recommend to anyone. Only ever had issues with them. First they sent me the wrong type of carbon undertray and then tried saying it was my fault as I changed my mind a day after I ordered it, even though it took over 6 weeks to arrive. Then being sent out a tank cover that didn’t fit my bike and not willing to send out a new one. Then waiting over 3 months for a headlight fairing and not receiving the windscreen. Then telling me they needed to make the windscreen and send it out in 4 weeks time. Then emailing me telling me it’s ready and that they have some radiator panels I may like. So I said yes put them in with the windscreen and then receive the package and no windscreen was in there!! Then telling me they’ve made the windscreen but in the wrong carbon!! Then I tried to fit the radiator panels and one didn’t even clip in!! Haven’t emailed me back about the radiator panels and no solution. Absolute nightmare. Steer clear of them.

The service was excellent. The parts are quality and fit perfectly with no modification required. The shipping was reasonable. I got updates as it made it's way through customs etc. The customer service was excellent. I had made an error when typing my shipping address (Yay auto fill) and they corrected this for me. The customer service email was responsive and a pleasure to work with. If I need more carbon I will definitely be purchasing from them. I can't believe they have parts to fit my 12 year old bike.

Truly OUTSTANDING to deal with! The parts I've got have been great quality. And though one of my parts was delayed - not a big deal - they're actually making an unrelated part for me in matte plain carbon that is normally only available in plain gloss carbon (*and* combining freight). The communication from the Maxicarbon customer service team is incredible. The best of any Italian company I've dealt with! (The person I dealt with even said hello in my NZ Maori language) I'm extremely impressed!
