★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale ben organizzato e super fornito. Personale cortese e molto gentile. Hanno molto a cuore la situazione "randagismo" della nostra zona e hanno installato per l'appunto un box donazioni. Aiutano molto i volontari con pappe e crocchette per i pelosetti più bisognosi. Super❤️?
Well organized and super supplied. Staff courteous and very polite. They are very concerned with the "stray" situation in our area and have installed a donation box. Volunteers help a lot with baby food and croquettes for the furry ones most in need. Super❤️?

Spectacular shop with super qualified staff. I have 2 cats with very different and very particular tastes. Being a very old woman, I asked for help to choose the best products and I was well helped. Personale non accogliente...tendono a farti spendere più soldi possibili, facendoti acquistare qualsiasi cosa, pur di aumentare la media scontrino, seguendoti ovunque in modo ossessivo, non lasciandoti mai in pace a scegliere intranquillità. Se acquisti meno di 10 euro ti guardano pure male, ti trattano male in cassa e nemmeno ti salutano. SCONSIGLIATO ASSOLUTAMENTE.
Skyrocketing prices. Cold and empty room at the entrance. Unwelcoming staff ... they tend to make you spend as much money as possible, making you buy anything, just to increase the average receipt, following you everywhere obsessively, never leaving you in peace to choose intranquility. If you buy less than 10 euros they also look bad at you, they treat you badly at the cash desk and they don't even say hello to you. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo essermi recato in cassa per delle crocchette mi sono recato in cassa, e mi sono stati offerti altri prodotti in maniera cortese e gentile, non avendone necessità ho rifiutato. Fin qui tutto bene se non fosse che il commesso sembrava quasi irritato dalla mia presenza.
Se il punto di forza non è la convenienza forse non lo è neanche per la cortesia. Il negozio è ben fornito ed allestito in maniera maniacale unico lato positivo
