Il negozio è obiettivamente molto grande e fornito, ma i dipendenti trattano i clienti in maniera pessima.
Sono appena stata servita da chi, senza neanche un buongiorno, continuava a parlare sguaiatamente degli affari propri.
Ero già stata avvisata di questa scortesia, non tornerò più da petgarden.
The staff is of a unique rudeness!
The shop is objectively very large and well stocked, but the employees treat customers very badly.
I have just been served by those who, without even a hello, kept talking rudely about their business.
I had already been warned of this rudeness, I will never go back to petgarden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli ultimi 3 anni ho acquistato sporadicamente in questo negozio prodotti per cani e gatti ma non mi hanno mai fidelizzata; sgarbati con poca scelta e prezzi eccessivi. Il rapporto con la clientela è peggio di quel che appare, ti trattano con aria di sufficienza da quando entri a quando esci e non hanno rispetto neanche di trattenersi risate sotto le mascherine o sguardi e commenti fuori luogo che possono mettere in soggezione il cliente. Non ti viene neanche voglia di esplorare lo shop con un personale del genere. Io, ho sempre acquistato il minimo indispensabile quando non avevo altra chance e via, scappavo. Questa non è solo la mia esperienza, ma quella dei miei figli che spesso ho mandato lì di altre amiche e di parecchi abitanti di questa zona. Sicuramente c'è di meglio, sotto ogni aspetto. Non consigliato!
In the last 3 years I have sporadically purchased products for dogs and cats in this shop but they have never made me loyal; rude with little choice and excessive prices. The relationship with customers is worse than it appears, they treat you with an air of disdain from the moment you enter to when you leave and do not even respect to hold back laughter under the masks or looks and comments out of place that can put the customer in awe. You don't even want to explore the shop with such staff. I, I have always bought the bare minimum when I had no other chance and away, I ran away. This is not only my experience, but that of my children who I have often sent there to other friends and many inhabitants of this area. Surely there is better, in every respect. Not recommended!
