Ottimo acquisto, ottima azienda e personale efficientissimo, Pino e Domenico persone competenti e disponibilissimi. Era sorto un semplice problema di posizione, avvisati , il giorno dopo. tutto risolto. Assistenza ottima, il massimo. ? I bought and delivered a Max Relax sofa yesterday. Excellent purchase, excellent company and very efficient staff, Pino and Domenico competent and extremely available people. A simple position problem had arisen, be advised, the next day. all solved. M	Marcello Calvano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo prodotto in termini di tessuti adoperati, li spacciano per prodotti duraturi nel tempo che invece fanno una pessima riuscita. Ho chiesto assistenza nel senso che volevo che si rifoderasse il divano con un tessuto diverso, magari non microfibra, visti i risultati. Ero disposto anche a pagare sfruttando il fatto che essendo loro produttori del divano si aveva il vantaggio di conoscere misure e criteri di copertura . Ho desistito perché per rifoderare il divano mi hanno chiesto la bellezza di 950 € , quindi quasi il prezzo del divano nuovo. Non hanno tenuto mimamente conto che il materiale usato era di fatto pessimo e che come altre recensioni recitano designano i divani alla medesima sorte. Considerate recensioni che valutano il prodotto dopo qualche anno di vita e non chi recensisce divani nuovi di pacca..... Anche il mio era bello appena comprato...... Poi..... Le foto parlano da sé. I was also willing to pay by exploiting the fact that as they were the sofa manufacturers, we had the advantage of knowing the measures and coverage criteria. I gave up because to reupholster the sofa they asked me for the beauty of € 950, so almost the price of the new sofa. They did not take into account that the material used was in fact bad and that as other reviews say they designate the sofas to the same fate. Consider reviews that evaluate the product after a few years of life and not those who review brand new sofas ..... Mine was also nice just bought ...... Then ..... The photos speak for themselves.

Hanno rispettato il giorno di consegna previsto, i due corrieri Pino e Domenico sono arrivati in perfetto orario come da accordi telefonici, hanno trasportato il divano in due minuti ?? e dopo 5 minuti sono andati via. La qualità made in Italy è ottima ☺️ Sono soddisfattissima, al prossimo acquisto!! Serietà, Qualità, Impegno nel loro lavoro! Massima serietà, professionalità e trasparenza. Mi hanno illustrato con pazienza e professionalità le diverse combinazioni di tessuti e modelli ed anche i tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati. Qualsiasi combinazione e modifica è stata presa ed eseguita, a differenza di altri dove una qualsiasi variazione di colore o strutturale era impensabile. Mi avevano garantito che potevo trattarli con prodotti se si macchiano Adesso mi ritrovo da non poter usare come desidero i miei divani, comunque a quanto leggo non sono l'unica .spero che la società provveda a rimediare. Dopo nemmeno un anno il divano ha iniziato a spellarsi, assumendo le sembianze di un divano vissuto 10 anni( Non ho bambini che ci saltano sopra). Insomma, la qualità non è il loro forte e i prezzi non all’altezza di ciò che vendono. Il servizio clienti pessimo e inesistente. Li ho contattati senza mai ricevere risposta. Mi ritrovo a dover comprare un nuovo divano SINTESI: HO BUTTATO PIÙ DI 1000€ NON COMPRATE DIVANI DA LORO, ANDATE DA POLTRONESOFA ALMENO IL SERVIZIO CLIENTI È IN GRADO DI SODDISFARE L’ACQUIRENTE. Tanta pazienza xché dovevo scegliere tra infinitissimi tessuti e colori e c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta Ho acquistato questo bellissimo divano al Centro Commerciale Tiburtino di Guidonia. All'inizio un po' scettica xché non conoscevo questa azienda. Sono stata consigliata in modo eccellente.
