★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa gentilissima e molto disponibile, discutibile invece la politica aziendale ,(in mancanza della taglia giusta dell'abito), di far pagare il prezzo dell'intero capo per poter ordinare la taglia giusta ,è vero che l'addetta vendita ha specificato che mi sarebbero stati resi i soldi in caso non mi fosse andato bene ,ma 500 euro senza sapere se va bene o no mi pare discutibile come mossa .
Tengo a sottolineare la costante gentilezza del personale .
Very kind and very helpful saleswoman, but the company policy is questionable, (in the absence of the right size of the dress), to charge the price of the entire garment in order to order the right size, it is true that the sales assistant has specified that the money would have been returned in case I did not go well, but 500 euros without knowing if it is okay or not seems to me questionable as a move.
I would like to underline the constant kindness of the staff.
