R	Rosi Maestroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo ormai cliente fidelizzava dello shop online decido di acquistare sei magliette (3 bianche, 3 azzurre), purtroppo le 3 indicate come “bianco” sono in realtà colore panna tendente al giallo e 2 di quelle azzurre di un tessuto di qualità bassa, decido quindi di rendere praticamente l’intero ordine, tenendone solo una. Qui inizia il circo, costretta a recarmi presso il pv di Bergamo, purtroppo Orio chiuso, orari della posta non congrui al mio lavoro. Tempo atteso in cassa per la “procedura” di reso 45 minuti di orologio. Tre delle magliette riesco a renderle in due scontrini diversi perché a quanto pare troppo difficile effettuare una sola transazione. Le ultime due mi vengono rifilate con la scusante che essendo un’acquisto online e la cassa non riconosceva i barcodes loro non potevano farci nulla, bene. Io le magliette me le tengo, nessun problema, ma sicuramente starò più attenta nel fare acquisti più importanti, come fatto fino all’ordine precedente, considerando che se qualche articolo non dovesse essere conforme, c’è il rischio che perda la cifra spesa. Praticamente come acquistare a scatola chiusa! Being now a loyal customer of the online shop I decide to buy six t-shirts (3 white, 3 blue), unfortunately the 3 indicated as "white" are actually cream color tending to yellow and 2 of the blue ones of a low quality fabric, so I decide to virtually render the entire order, keeping only one. Here begins the circus, forced to go to the store in Bergamo, unfortunately Orio closed, post hours not congruent with my work. Expected time at the cashier for the return “procedure” 45 minutes on the watch. I can make three of the shirts in two different receipts because it seems too difficult to make a single transaction. The last two are given to me with the excuse that being an online purchase and the cashier did not recognize the barcodes, they couldn't do anything about it, well. I keep the t-shirts, no problem, but I will certainly be more careful in making more important purchases, as I did up to the previous order, considering that if any items do not comply, there is a risk that they will lose the amount spent. Practically like buying a pig in a poke!

The shop has really followed the social guidelines rules. I highly recommend people to shop at Mango and they have amazing sales ??
