Sono stata accolta subito con gentilezza e un' incredibile disponibilità dal personale, in particolar modo da Emanuela e successivamente da Ida. Mi sono ritrovata subito a mio agio, e hanno accontentato ogni mia richiesta. Lo consiglio a tutti, è così che dovrebbero lavorare tutti gli addetti alla vendita. Dopo averglielo ricordato più volte, mi hanno effettuato il reso ma in maniera molto sgarbata. Reluctant to make returns (for online purchases). They insisted on making an exchange for me (but their policy also includes the possibility of in-store returns). After reminding them several times, they returned me but in a very rude way.

Ieri mi è arrivato il messaggio che mi comunicava che la camicia era in negozio. Oggi quindi vado al negozio, per evitare che il capo rimanga"in sospeso" e... scopro che c'è un evento privato, per cui il negozio è chiuso al pubblico! telefono, chiedendo se posso entrare almeno un attimo (non c'è ancora nessuno, se non le commesse), ma mi viene risposto che non si può, devo tornare domani. Ho disdetto l'ordine della camicia. a couple of weeks ago I go to the shop in via Toledo and ask for a shirt, seen on the website. Il locale si trova al centro di via Toledo a pochi passi da Largo Berlinguer (metropolitana Linea 1, stazione Toledo) e piazza Carità. Anche i camerini sono molto curati e belli, proprio come il locale. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, del resto wuesto brand appartiene al bellissimo gruppo Max Mara. Le commesse sono molto cortesi, delicate e gentili. Complimenti Very stylish and beautiful shop for women clothes. The restaurant is located in the center of via Toledo a few steps from Largo Berlinguer (Metro Line 1, Toledo station) and Piazza Carità. Even the dressing rooms are well-kept and beautiful, just like the place. Everything is studied in detail, after all this brand belongs to the beautiful Max Mara group. The shop assistants are very courteous, delicate and kind. Well done
