La responsabile una certa Federica con un aria fredda e distaccata condita da un pizzico di maleducazione si è mostrata poco incline a consigliare mia moglie (taglia 42) e ci ha liquidati dicendo che non aveva le taglie sia per una camicia che per un pantalone... può essere che mancavano 15 minuti alla chiusura serale??? F	Floriana Spezzano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi pomeriggio sono entrata in questo negozio per cercare un abito da cerimonia, una commessa mi ha detto che per la mia taglia (46/48 e normalmente mi vesto da Marella) non avevano nulla, resa nota la mia perplessità ha ben pensato di dire che i loro abiti "vestono piccoli". Detto ciò ho ringraziato, salutato e sono uscita. Questo comportamento è stato inaccettabile per una commessa, è stata sgradevole e mi ha umiliata. Non metterò più piede in questo negozio! This afternoon I went into this shop to look for a ceremony dress, a saleswoman told me that for my size (46/48 and normally I dress as Marella) they had nothing, made known my perplexity she thought well to say that their clothes "dress small". Having said that I thanked, said goodbye and went out. This behavior was unacceptable for a saleswoman, it was unpleasant and humiliated me. I will never set foot in this shop again!
E	Emilio Lucibello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata al negozio di Marella in via Toledo piu' di un mese fa. Come al solito, chiedo di poter dare uno sguardo senza un'idea precisa di cosa volere. Altre volte mi era capitato e lo staff, che mi conosceva, essendo una loro cliente, mi lasciava fare.. tra sorrisi scambievoli ed era come sentirsi tra amici. Ora tutto è cambiato, ma, pur comprendendo che le nuove signorine non mi conoscevano, non posso accettare il loro modo di fare, comune purtroppo a tanti negozi. Queste signorine, credendo di essere, assumendo un certo atteggiamento, disponibili ed efficienti, ti seguono passo passo, non dandoti la facoltà e la liberta' di riconoscere qualche abito che piu' potrebbe piacerti. Non solo, nello specifico, mi ero per un attimo fermata vicino ad un capo che si trovava sotto una scala ( l'unica che c'è), e sono stata immediatamente raggiunta con un fare sospettoso, quasi come se fossi una ladra o quant'altro!!!! Vorrei tanto dire a queste signorine di essere meno presenti, o, quanto meno, di saperci fare con discrezione e garbo e non come fossero dei rottwelers. Che tristezza . Non è certamente la tattica giusta per vendere di più. RIFLETTETE!!!! I went to Marella's shop in via Toledo over a month ago. As usual, I ask to be able to take a look without a precise idea of what to want. Other times it had happened to me and the staff, who knew me, being one of their client, let me do .. between interchange through smiles and it was like being with friends. Now everything has changed, but, although I understand that the new ladies didn't know me, I cannot accept their way of doing, unfortunately common to many shops. These young ladies, believing themselves to be, assuming a certain attitude, available and efficient, follow you step by step, not giving you the faculty and the freedom to recognize some clothes that you might like the most. Not only that, specifically, I had stopped for a moment near a boss who was under a staircase (the only one there is), and I was immediately reached in a suspicious manner, almost as if I were a thief or whatever 'other!!!! I would like to tell these young ladies to be less present, or at least to be able to do it discreetly and gracefully and not as if they were rottwelers. How sad. It is certainly not the right tactic to sell more. THINK !!!!
T	The Ultimate D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho voluto fare un regalo inaspettato alla mia compagna, l'ho portata in questo negozio di cui era tanto innamorata, dal momento in cui siamo entrati siamo stati "pedinati" da 3 commesse: non ci hanno lasciati un secondo liberi, quasi come se avessero paura che potessimo rubare qualcosa, quando (una certa Federica) si avvicina con aria arrogante e ci dice che dovremmo muoverci perché il negozio doveva chiudere. Dopo che la mia compagna, in modo educato, le ha chiesto di poter provare un abito lungo, la commessa ha risposto dicendole che era troppo grassa per quel vestito e che non le sarebbe mai entrato. Sono schifato da questi comportamenti, avete perso sicuramente due clienti affezionati. Ho avuto un problema con un ordine on line e, andata in negozio, me lo hanno risolto prontamente. In particolare sono stata assistita da una simpatica ragazza con gli occhiali (forse Marianna) che mi ha saputa guidare alla scelta del capo con garbo e leggerezza (sono una super indecisa e ci metterei ore per scegliere anche un fazzoletto). Buon lavoro e avanti così! High quality brand, very well stocked shop and very prepared and friendly salespeople. I had a problem with an online order and, when I went to the store, they resolved it promptly. In particular, I was assisted by a nice girl with glasses (perhaps Marianna) who was able to guide me to the choice of the garment with grace and lightness (I am a super undecided and it would take me hours to choose a handkerchief too). Good work and keep it up!

But when I came back to the hotel I found the bag was very old with damage. And then I have to change it. This is not most important thing. The worst thing is that the staff write the wrong passport number on tax refund receipt. And I didn’t get my tex refund.
