Un negozio dove mi rifornisco abitualmente, purtroppo il prodotto era difettoso (mancava il caricatore nella confezione) ma non me l'hanno sostituito nè hanno proposto una qualche alternativa. Risultato: soldi buttati. Spero in futuro avranno un atteggiamento diverso con i clienti.
Defective product and not replaced because they didn't have another one, so they reported me at the checkout. A shop where I usually restock, unfortunately the product was defective (the charger was missing in the package) but they did not replace it or offer me any alternative. Result: money wasted. I hope they will have a different attitude with customers in the future.
