Vado nella sede di Viterbo e mi viene fornito un preventivo per il materiale da me richiesto. Torno a distanza di una settimana e le tavole di abete piallate richieste non sono disponibili, ma sono disponibili non piallate(stranamente allo stesso prezzo), quindi un dipendente molto cortesemente mi invita a visionarle per rendermi conto e ne carica 2 sul muletto. Arriva un signore credo il titolare, che con arroganza fa allontanare me e mia moglie, accusandoci di non poter sostare in quella zona. Meravigliati ci allontaniamo e ci accorgiamo che le tavole erano state sostituite con altre danneggiate, mia moglie lo fa presente e sempre lo stesso signore l'aggredisce verbalmente alzando la voce, concludendo con testuali parole «Non siete clienti che possiamo servire». Si rifiuta di portare avanti la vendita e ci manda via. Chiedo di riavere il foglio con il preventivo dove avevo disegnato il mio progetto e sempre lo stesso signore strappa la parte superiore dove erano presente i dati di intestazione dell'azienda, sinceramente non capisco quali timori aveva e cosa avrei potuto fare con gli stessi. Assurdo e poco professionale, mai avuto un esperienza del genere. BAD EXPERIENCE. After several searches I choose this dealer convinced by the excellent reviews. Absurd and unprofessional, never had such an experience.

Meglio prepararsi con lista pezzi e se sono tanti te la preparano per il giorno dopo, ma se hai urgenza la pizza con il prosciutto fa miracoli.
