A	Alessandro Buono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POST VENDITA INESISTENTE! PER LA ROTTURA DI UN MOBILE NUOVO SONO STATO TRATTATO COME UN ROMPISCATOLE, NON MI VEDRANNO MAI PIU' !! Ho comprato un mobile per il bagno (315x35x40) spendendo 2000 euro nel 2019; a giugno 2021 mi accorgo che il rivestimento della pedana, che appoggia in terra, era scollato, infatti l'apertura del cassetto era difficoltosa. Chiamo subito la titolare, sig.ra Paola, lamentandomi perchè sono trascorsi solo due anni ....Infastidita risponde che è colpa mia, avro bagnato il mobile; premesso che non ho bagnato il mobile, all'acquisto ho specificato che volevo un mobile per il bagno..... dopo un mese ancora nessuna risposta. Richiamo e scarica la copla sull'azienda produttrice (SYNERGIE); il giorno dopo, guarda caso, ho il preventivo per la stituzione della pedana : 538 euro.... pago immediamente l'acconto richiesto, 7 luglio, chidendo i tempi di consegna: NESSUNA RISPOSTA. Dopo 4 mesi telefono per chiedere informazioni e mi scricano dicendomi che avrebbero richiamato. una settimana più tardi ci riprovo e mi dicono che la Synergie non consegna (per un pezzo di legno??? non arriverà mica dalla cina anche lui!). finalmente il 21 novembre mandano il tecnico per la sostituzione, persona scortese ed arrogante: è colpa mia, non avrei dovuto appoggiare il mobile in terra; PECCATO CHE LO AVEVA MONTATO PROPRIO LUI ....! E alla fine non è stato neanche in grado di regolare l'apertura del cassetto che è ancora difficoltosa..... pagliacci! NON-EXISTING AFTER SALES! FOR THE BREAKAGE OF A NEW FURNITURE I HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE A BREAKER, THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN !! I bought a bathroom furniture (315x35x40) spending 2000 euros in 2019; in June 2021 I realized that the covering of the platform, which rests on the ground, was unglued, in fact the opening of the drawer was difficult. I immediately call the owner, Ms Paola, complaining because only two years have passed .... Annoyed she replies that it is my fault, I have wet the furniture; given that I did not wet the cabinet, upon purchase I specified that I wanted a bathroom cabinet ..... after a month still no answer. Recall and download the copla on the manufacturer (SYNERGIE); the next day, coincidentally, I have the estimate for the setting up of the platform: 538 euros .... I pay the required deposit immediately, 7 July, asking for delivery times: NO ANSWER. After 4 months I phone to ask for information and they write me saying they would call back. a week later I try again and they tell me that Synergie doesn't deliver (for a piece of wood ??? it won't come from china too!). finally on November 21 they send the technician for the replacement, a rude and arrogant person: it's my fault, I shouldn't have put the piece of furniture on the ground; SIN THAT HE HAD MOUNTED IT OWN ....! And in the end he was not even able to adjust the opening of the drawer which is still difficult ..... clowns!

Curano la progettazione per l’intera ristrutturazione, partendo dai materiali fino alla fornitura di arredi. Quando dovrò ristrutturare casa non avrò dubbi e mi affiderò a Matteuzzi Arredamenti. Davvero consigliato
