Ho capisco, che sono venuta con gruppone,ma questa opzione esiste per trovare i nuovi clienti ,ma nn fare male. Capisco, che ogni capelli è un punto di sperimentò vostro,ma poi io devo andare in giro con sto casino in testa, ogni volta a guardare in specchio mi viene da piangere. Dopo il colore ci va il lavaggio,ma dovete dire prima, che nn c'è l'acqua calda, perché è si rotto il boiler. Lavare la testa a gennaio con acqua tiepida nn è un piacere! Ho chiesto i colpi freddi, la testa è gialla. Ci va la forza a rovinare i capelli biondi per fare gialli! Ho chiesto i colpi, hanno colorato tutta la testa! Nn si vedrà la crescita- è stata spiegazione. Si vede, è come è! Prima mi bastava 6 mese a nn fare nulla, adesso è una tragedia sulla testa. Tagliere i capelli a dritto con rasoio e nn con i forbici in piedi, quando io 175 e il ragazzo 150 di altezza,nn ci va di capire, che uscirà casino. Cmq, mai più! Poco seri a mio avviso. Peccato. Ho passato una settimana a chiamare l'unico numero indicato dal salone e risultava perennemente inesistente. Tramite un'amica che aveva preso appuntamento una settimana prima ho fatto sapere della difficoltà, ma ho ricevuto assoluta indifferenza. Dopo aver scritto sulle pagine Facebook e Instagram ho finalmente ricevuto risposta, perché avevano problemi di linea (cosa mai indicata in qualche storia o post), e sono riuscita a prenotare per questo pomeriggio alle 16 in corso Racconigi. Arrivata all'indirizzo sono stata mezz'ora davanti una serranda chiusa. Ho provato a chiamare il nuovo numero indicato e si attaccava la segreteria. Mai successa una cosa del genere in vita mia. A	Anna Cat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inqualificabile...ho aspettato più di 40 minuti con la testa bagnata con maschera ristrutturante che avrei dovuto tenere al massimo 5 minuti perché nel mentre è arrivato un ragazzo e il parrucchiere si è totalmente dedicato a lui per un'ora. Ah dimenticavo di dire che sono al 7 mese di gravidanza, sono uscita stanchissima con una colorazione lontana da quello che avevo chiesto e il taglio me l'avrebbe fatto meglio un cinese da 10€. Terribile esperienza. Unqualified ... I waited more than 40 minutes with a wet head with a restructuring mask that I should have kept for a maximum of 5 minutes because in the meantime a boy arrived and the hairdresser was totally dedicated to him for an hour. l	laurarandom63 capello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalitá competenza e gentilezza sono il loro punto di forza conosco solo il nuovo negozio di Via Tirreno 27, le loro formule di abbonamento per colore , taglio e piega o solo piega le ho trovate molto interessanti. Consiglio di provarli per farsi coccolare da uno staff ben assortito e preparato. Professionalism, competence and kindness are their strengths. I only know the new shop in Via Tirreno 27, their subscription formulas for color, cut and fold or just fold I found them very interesting. I recommend trying them to be pampered by a well-assorted and prepared staff.

Zero delicatezza sia nel taglio che nel lavaggio, come se non vedessero l’ora di sbrigarsi, quasi come se ti stessero facendo un favore! Messo il telo per non far andare i capelli addosso ma era come se non ci fosse, capelli sui vestiti ovunque e poi provano a toglierteli con il phon. Poteva essere l’occasione per accaparrasi un nuovo cliente ma appeal commerciale zero. Veramente pessimo! Ovviamente non ci tornerò nemmeno se mi pagassero loro. Bad experience to say the least! Coarse treatment and BARBARO. Zero delicacy in both cutting and washing, as if they couldn't wait to hurry, almost as if they were doing you a favor! Fabio e Nico sono due ragazzi giovani e talentuosi, ascoltano la richiesta e realizzano l'idea della cliente. Sabato sono uscita con un biondo freddo stupendo, Nico mi ha resa felicissima, non smetto di guardarmi allo specchio da ieri? Niente da aggiungere, bravi ragazzi!

Vengo fatta accomodare in postazione per la piega e anche qui, poco piacevole: i capelli non vengono ben districati e quindi si attaccano al pettine tirando. A piega conclusa non hanno applicato né olio per capelli né lacca per fissare. Ma la cosa che piú mi disturba é il personale con la mascherina sotto il naso (il proprietario addirittura senza).
