★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto pulita e ben attrezzata piscina grande con acqua pulita e fresca. Bar dove poter pranzare o semplicemente fare merenda o prendere un caffè personale GEntile un bel posto dove trascorrere una divertente giornata estiva.
 Very clean and well equipped large pool with clean, fresh water. Bar where to eat or just have a snack or take a personal coffee Gentile a nice place to spend a fun summer day.

Awesome. I have been taking my children there for several years, I also go there. I am happy to spend a few euros more for the quality of the service, the structure, the professionalism and seriousness of the instructors, all qualities that are well above the average. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha molte attività e gli istruttori sono molto bravi. Peccato che alcuni dettagli, comunque importanti, stanno rovinando una palestra che era eccellente. Tra cui cyclette per circuito in acqua rotte(non tutte ovvio), tapis roulant rovinati, spogliatoi un po' lasciati andare anche se non tutti. Dettagli importanti per una palestra di quel calibro.
It has a lot of activities and the instructors are very good. Too bad that some details, however important, are ruining a gym that was excellent. Including broken water circuit bikes (not all obvious), ruined treadmills, a bit of a let-go locker room, although not all of them. Important details for a gym of that caliber.

Faccio ginnastica posturale ,due volte a settimana con Silvia, un insegnante davvero molto preparata pluri laureata, che riesce a seguire bene tutti senza tralasciare nulla al caso ! La struttura è veramente top , ben organizzata ! Pulizia ottima ! Le ragazze della segreteria Francesca e Lorenza gentilissime e disponibili per ogni richiesta ! Che dire di più..abito a Pavona e faccio un po' di strada per raggiungerli , ma ne vale veramente la pena !

My experience at the Matrix is very positive! I do postural gymnastics, twice a week with Silvia, a very well prepared multi-graduate teacher, who manages to follow everyone well without neglecting anything to chance! The structure is really top, well organized! Excellent cleaning! The girls of the secretariat Francesca and Lorenza very kind and available for every request! What more can I say… I live in Pavona and I walk a little way to reach them, but it's really worth it!
