È tutta una buca e dopo averlo pagato vengo a sapere che ogni mese lo devo mettere in piedi x ore x evitare che restino queste buche. Ma il mal di schiena lo cura o lo fa venire? Mi dispiace contraddirla ma sono venuta e mi avete detto di girare il materasso. Della possibilità di cambiare il materasso si era parlato nel momento dell'acquisto ma non più in seguito. Nessuna delle recensioni specifica il modello acquistato e poi perché al momento dell'acquisto non parlate delle clausole di garanzia? Cristiano del negozio Materassi Notte Più che ha ben compreso la mia problematica e mi ha confermato la possibilità di utilizzare un topper da 6 cm traspirante per risolverla. Mi ha fornito in circa una settimana un topper con la fodera in cotone che avvolge completamente il mio materasso troppo rigido, perciò resta fermo e non scivola, e dopo pochissimi giorni il mio mal di schiena è scomparso! Grazie alla professionalità del Sig. Cristiano e alla sua gentilezza ho risolto un problema che mi affliggeva da mesi. Lo consiglio vivamente. Poi l’anno scorso mia suocera ha acquistato sia il materasso che la poltrona con meccanismo elettrico e devo dire che il proprietario gli ha consigliato perfettamente quella giusta per i suoi problemi. Insomma posso solo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente bene..ci ha seguito e ha ascoltato tutte le nostre esigenze e oltre a darci un ottimo prodotto ci ha anche fatto un bel prezzo!!!
