M	Martina Meredith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto, due anni fa siamo andati per fare una cucina, che ci è costata quasi 30.000€ , hanno voluto i soldi prima della consegna tutti fino all ultimo centesimo , garantendoci garanzia ed assistenza per dieci anni. La cucina appena è stata montata era diversa dal progetto e nonostante non eravamo contenti del risultato non abbiamo potuto fare niente nonostante avessimo chiesto più volte e dopo esserci lamentati . Al montaggio ci sono stati problemi con gli sportelli , montati completamente asimmetrici . Per farli tornare ad aggiusta abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi un anno . Il tavolo della cucina sin dal principio ci siamo accorti che assorbiva anche la più piccola goccia d acqua facendo sollevare tutta L impellicciatura del finto legno. È impossibile per noi vivere questa cucina perché nel terrore di rovesciare una singola goccia d acqua o un qualsiasi prodotto senza rovinare il legno o macchiare il piano in corian ( foto annesse ) , perché nessun trattamento idoneo ad una cucina è stato dato . Come se non bastasse, se mandiamo una mail all indirizzo mail di lavoro del proprietario veniamo accusati di essere persone maleducate che disturbano idi domenica, quando L l’utilizzo delle mail sarebbe aprirle nel momento in cui uno ha più disponibilità nel rispondere alla stessa . Quindi per concludere : SERVIZIO ED ASSISTENZA INESISTENTE, PERSONALE E STAFF ARROGANTE E NON PROFESSIONALE, QUALITÀ MOLTO SCARSA I strongly advise against this place, two years ago we went to make a kitchen, which cost us almost € 30,000, they wanted the money before delivery all of them down to the last cent, guaranteeing us a guarantee and assistance for ten years. As soon as the kitchen was assembled it was different from the project and although we were not happy with the result we could not do anything despite having asked several times and after having complained. During assembly there were problems with the doors, which were mounted completely asymmetrical. We had to wait almost a year to get them back to fix. The kitchen table from the very beginning we realized that it absorbed even the smallest drop of water causing all the faux wood fur to rise. It is impossible for us to experience this kitchen because in the terror of spilling a single drop of water or any product without damaging the wood or staining the Corian top (attached photos), because no suitable treatment has been given to a kitchen. As if that were not enough, if we send an email to the owner's work email address we are accused of being rude people who disturb people on Sunday, when the use of emails would be to open them when one is more willing to reply to the same. So to conclude: NON-EXISTING SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE, ARROGANT AND NON-PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL AND STAFF, VERY POOR QUALITY

Ho fatto un ordine ma quando mi è arrivato nella confezione mancavano dei pezzi importanti che erano necessari per la costruzione del prodotto. Ho chiamato e mi ha risposto il titolare che con gran maleducazione ha usato toni e parole inappropriate sostenendo addirittura che la.mia telefonava era un disturbo per lui dato che si trovava in ferie. Risultato? mi ha chiuso in faccia dicendomi di richiamare il 24 di agosto e riprovare a chiedere. Peccato perchè i prodotti sono abbastanza buoni ma il personale fa schifo. Service to say the least BAD. I placed an order but when it arrived in the box it was missing some important pieces that were necessary for the construction of the product. I called and the owner replied that with great rudeness he used inappropriate tones and words even claiming that my phone was a nuisance for him since he was on vacation. Result? he shut me in the face telling me to call back on August 24th and try asking again. Too bad because the products are good enough but the staff sucks.
