★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi racconto la mia esperienza con quest'azienda. Decido di acquistare un letto contenitore con rete e di ritirarlo personalmente in negozio, avendo il trasporto a casa dei costi aggiuntivi. Non potendo montarlo immediatamente ,avendo ancora da finire la ristrutturazione dell'appartamento, decidiamo di lasciarlo imballato in magazzino e di montarlo appena terminati i lavori in casa, cioè dopo circa 15 - 20 giorni dal ritiro. Ci accorgiamo quindi, appena scartata, che la rete ha diversi difetti ,( sverniciato in diversi punti ) ,
e quindi faccio presente il problema mostrando le foto al responsabile di negozio. Non posso descrivere il modo poco carino in cui è stato accolto il mio problema . Mi è stato subito detto che la garanzia non valeva perché lo avevo ritirato e montato personalmente. Che il danno potevo averlo fatto io nel montaggio o nel trasporto. Scrivo in azienda , anche loro mi dicono le stesse cose e mi dicono addirittura che potrò dormirci uguale.. per me è una presa in giro trattare il cliente così... se volete avere a che fare con una azienda seria non ci andate!!
È una vergogna sentirsi trattare così.
I'll tell you about my experience with this company. I decide to buy a container bed with a net and personally pick it up in the store, having the extra transport costs at home. Not being able to mount it immediately, having yet to finish the renovation of the apartment, we decide to leave it packed in the warehouse and to assemble it as soon as work is finished at home, that is after about 15 - 20 days from collection. We then realize, just discarded, that the network has several defects, (stripped of paint at various points),
so I present the problem by showing the photos to the store manager. I cannot describe the unkind way in which my problem was received. I was immediately told that the guarantee was not valid because I had collected it and mounted it personally. That I could have done the damage in the assembly or transport. I write in the company, they also tell me the same things and even tell me that I can sleep the same .. for me it is a joke to treat the customer like this ... if you want to have something to do with a serious company, don't go there !!
It is a shame to be treated like this.
