Croccante e soffice, dall'impatto molto leggero, ingredienti di ottima qualità, bella e veramente buona. Unica pecca, mancava il basilico. Come spesso mi capita cerco di non andare mai nei giorni di massimo affollamento per cui ho prenotato un venerdì sera. L’accoglienza è stata molto positiva: il personale di sala è tutto di sesso femminile, educato e sorridente. Esiste il parcheggio all’interno della struttura, ma è un po’ risicato. All’esterno, comunque, non è difficile trovare spazio per parcheggiare la propria auto. La pinsa che ci hanno portato è veramente buona: ben cotta, condita il giusto e ha un impasto friabile e molto digeribile. Anche se di grandi dimensioni sono riuscito a terminarla senza problemi. I fritti ottimo, ma avevano un po’ troppo olio. I dolci sufficienti: il tiramisù aveva i savoiardi un po’ duri e il tortino al cioccolato rimaneva un po’ duro. Per il pagamento con bancomat e carte non ci sono problemi. I'm Roman and I love pins so I couldn't avoid experimenting with this new place. There is parking inside the structure, but it is a bit tight. Outside, however, it is not difficult to find space to park your car. The grip that they brought us is really good: well cooked, seasoned the right one and has a crumbly and very digestible dough. Although large, I managed to finish it without problems. The fried foods are excellent, but they had a little too much oil. Sufficient desserts: tiramisu had a bit hard savoiardi and the chocolate tart remained a bit hard. There are no problems with payment by debit and credit cards.
