★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio chiesto riparazione vetro dopo 2 tentativi mandato il telefono in assistenza .Essendo nuovo l'assistenza prevedeva la sostituzione che è avvenuta dopo 4 mesi con un telefono di gran lunga inferiore chiesto spiegazioni piu volte mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero richiamato , mai successo professionalità pari a zero tempi di attesa lunghissimi .
Sicuramente giudizio negativo . se non volevano sostiìtuire il vetro bastava dirlo andavo da un altra parte
 Bad service requested glass repair after 2 attempts sent the phone in assistance. Being new the assistance included the replacement that took place after 4 months with a phone far below asked for explanations several times I was told that they would call me back, never happened professionalism equal to zero long waiting times.
Definitely negative judgment. if they didn't want to replace the glass it was enough to say it I went to another place

Rotto smartphone due giorni prima di partire per lavoro.
Dovendo recarmi all'estero il sabato, ho contattato al giovedì il titolare, per assicurarmi che non tardasse la riparazione. Con grande cortesia e professionalità, la sera stessa mi ha ricontattato per confermarmi di aver ricevuto i pezzi di ricambio necessari per la riparazione.
Il giorno successivo mi è stato consegnato riparato.

Broken smartphone two days before leaving for work.
Having to go abroad on Saturday, I contacted the owner on Thursday to make sure that the repair was not delayed. With great courtesy and professionalism, I was contacted the same evening to confirm that I had received the necessary spare parts for the repair.
The next day I was given repaired.

È stato possibile assistere alla riparazione, non è mica tanto semplice... tempi d’attesa veloci, prezzi buoni, personale cordiale e qualità della ripazione buona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iphone x, dovevano sostituire il vetro, mi hanno consigliato uno di un altro fornitore "che non si nota nemmeno la differenza", e invece la differenza c'era eccome, tant'è che certe funzioni non erano più operative. Inoltre dopo circa un mese si è scollato il vetro nella parte superiore.
Avevo chiesto la fattura (pagamento effettuato subito) e mi hanno garantito me l'avrebbero fatta nel giro di qualche giorni... dopo un paio di settimane ho reclamato, ma niente da fare... è passato quasi un anno e la fattura non è mai arrivata e il telefono l'ho portato a sistemare nel centro di albino.
Iphone x, they had to replace the glass, they recommended one from another supplier "that you don't even notice the difference", and instead there was a difference, so much so that certain functions were no longer operational. In addition, after about a month the glass at the top came unglued.
I asked for the invoice (payment made immediately) and they guaranteed me they would do it within a few days ... after a couple of weeks I complained, but nothing to do ... almost a year has passed and the invoice has not it never arrived and I took the phone to settle in the albino center.
