★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante l'installazione hanno fatto danni al parquet. Hanno lasciato materiale da smaltire dicendo che sarebbero ripassati a ritirarlo ma non sono mai ripassati. Richiamati per una perdita al condizionatore, non hanno mai risposto.
 During installation they damaged the parquet. They left material to be disposed of, saying that they would come back to pick it up but they never went back. Recalled for a leak to the air conditioner, they never responded.
