Comprato un lampadario dal costo di 800,00 euro che fin da subito ha dato dei problemi…quantità di assorbimento di watt esorbitante…poi parzialmente risolti, è durato 3 anni..poi nuovamente problemi su problemi, all'ennesimo mi sono rivolto alla venditrice, la quale ha scaricato la colpa ai miei elettricisti di fiducia (faccio presente che ne ho chiamati 3 diversi, ogni volta che si bruciava il trasformatore), e mi ha dato il numero del suo per risolvere in maniera definitiva. Peccato che il suo elettricista di fiducia, prima abbia dato garanzia di averne montati a decine di lampadari uguali, poi si è tirato in dietro perché non si voleva assumere la responsabilità….ah un tizio che lavora solo in nero..e il trasformatore che doveva montare (salvo poi tirarsi indietro) l'ho dovuto recuperare io perché lui non è stato in grado !!!!!!!! Terrible. I bought a chandelier at a cost of 800.00 euros which immediately gave problems ... exorbitant amount of wattage absorption ... then partially solved, it lasted 3 years .. then again problems on problems, yet another I turned to the seller , who dumped the blame on my trusted electricians (I would like to point out that I called 3 different ones, every time the transformer burned out), and gave me his number to solve it definitively. Too bad that his trusted electrician first gave a guarantee that he had mounted dozens of identical chandeliers, then he pulled back because he didn't want to take responsibility ... ah a guy who works only in black ... and the transformer that he had to mount (but then pull back) I had to recover him because he was not able !!!!!!!!

Oltre all'accoglienza e alla bellissima esposizione di "punti luce" ho apprezzato il Suo modo di esporre e proporre gli articoli: molto naturale, spontaneo, per nulla giudicante, né incalzante!!! E complimenti per essere sempre aggiornata sulle nuove tendenze e proposte di "luce". Direi un MUST e una persona che ama la propria professione e vi si dedica con amore!!!! Thank you very much to Ms Paola Ghezzi, who, thanks to listening and knowledge, was able to advise me on the best lighting solution. In addition to the welcome and the beautiful display of "points of light" I appreciated your way of exhibiting and proposing the articles: very natural, spontaneous, not at all judgmental, nor pressing !!! And congratulations for always being updated on new trends and "light" proposals. I would say a MUST and a person who loves his profession and devotes himself to it with love !!!!

Poor empathy is a bit of know-how, however, the shop does not have such an assortment or design objects so particular that they want to come back.
