Mi avevano riferito di aver cambiato il pezzo ma nonostante ciò il problema non è stato risolto e si è ripresentato di nuovo. Dopo di ciò ho portato la cassa da un altro tecnico che mi ha mostrato visivamente che il pezzo danneggiato non era mai stato cambiato. Adesso dopo averlo cambiato (realmente) la cassa funziona perfettamente. Ho pagato per un pezzo di ricambio inesistente, grazie.
From my own experience I have brought a speaker cabinet for a damaged tweeter several times. They told me they had changed the piece but nevertheless the problem was not solved and it came back again. After that I took the crate to another technician who visually showed me that the damaged part had never been changed. Now after changing it (really) the speaker works perfectly. I paid for a nonexistent spare part, thank you.
