d	diego filippone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POCO SERI ho ordinato uno strumento di una marca il 14/10/2020 mi hanno detto che lo stesso sarebbe arrivato verso il 20/21 ottobre, ovviamente lo strumento non è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti va beh ci può stare qualche giorno di ritardo. Solo che il 3 novembre 2020 alle 18:45 vengo contattato dal negoziante, dopo 2 settimane dalla data presunta di arrivo, e vengo informato che lo strumento è arrivato solo che è di un'altra marca. Ovviamente io faccio presente che ne dovevo parlare con l'insegnante di mio figlio per chiedere se questa marca andava bene e che mi sarei fatto sentire io nel giro di qualche giorno. Oggi 06/11/2020 vengo ricontattato per sapere se ero ancora intenzionato all'acquisto del prodotto, riferisco che l'insegnante di mio figlio il giorno prima cioè il 05/11/2020 mi aveva dato l'ok, quindi faccio presente che potevo ritirare lo strumento il giorno seguente a questo punto il negoziante (suggerito da una donna con uno stile da venditrice di mercato) mi fa presente che se non vado subito o al massimo nel pomeriggio lo strumento lo danno ad altro cliente intenzionato all'acquisto. Allora gli dico che ero impossibilitato ad andare in giornata e che se voleva, potevo fargli un bonifico istantaneo ricordandogli pure che al momento dell'ordine volevo già pagarlo( per fortuna che mi hanno detto che non c'era bisogno) ma non ce stato verso. Alla fine gli ho detto che lo strumento non mi interessava più. SEMPLICEMENTE MALEDUCATI LITTLE SERIOUS I ordered an instrument of a brand on 14/10/2020 they told me that it would arrive around 20/21 October, obviously the instrument did not arrive on time, well it may be a few days late. Today 06/11/2020 I will be contacted to find out if I was still intending to purchase the product, I report that my son's teacher the day before that is 05/11/2020 had given me the ok, so I point out that I could pick up the instrument the following day at this point the shopkeeper (suggested by a woman with the style of a market seller) reminds me that if I do not go immediately or at most in the afternoon the instrument will be given to another customer willing to buy. So I tell him that I was unable to go during the day and that if he wanted, I could make an instant bank transfer, reminding him that at the time of the order I already wanted to pay for it (luckily they told me there was no need) but there was no way. . Eventually I told him that the instrument didn't interest me anymore. SIMPLY RUDE

Un collaboratore prezioso ha accordato la prima chitarra(pagata il giusto) della mia bimba, e mi ha consigliato benissimo. Torneremo presto. Grazie I want to clarify that I had never entered an instrument shop but the owner immediately put me at ease. Gentle and with a disarming sweetness.
