Ho acquistato una porta blindata da esterno, fin da subito presentava una macchiama nera... Mi è staro detto che era una sfumatura del legno...
Dopo due inverni si sono formate delle "bolle". (Complice il look down la garanzia è scaduta). Ho inviato foto, e-mail, telefonato all'infinito.
La risposta migliore datami è stata "non abbiami tempo, la porta si chiude? Si? Allora ci penseremo" ora la porta si sta rovinando, (foto) ed io ancora senza risposte... 2021...Passato un altro anno... Risposte zero...la porta continua la sua distruzione... Ah! È vero.. Però si chiude! Grazie Davide per il pronto intervento!

After two winters, "bubbles" formed. (Thanks to the look down, the warranty has expired). I sent photos, emails, telephoned endlessly.
The best answer given to me was "don't have time for me, will the door close? Yes? Then we'll think about it" now the door is getting damaged, (photo) and I still have no answers ... 2021 ... Another year has passed .. Zero answers ... the door continues its destruction ... Ah! It's true .. But it closes! Thanks Davide for the prompt intervention!
