Sono venuti a fare la revisione e il tecnico mi dice che il problema deriva dal bollitore che deve essere sostituito per la modica cifra di 800 euro + manodopera e quindi, caldaia di 15 anni, mi consigliano di sostituirla. Oramai rassegnato, decido prima di chiamare un idraulico: mi fa un lavaggio alla caldaia con un prodotto apposta e con 120 euro la caldaia torna a funzionare alla grande. Sconsigliato
I can only give one star: my boiler no longer kept hot water, which came and went. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale incapace. Sulla pulizia (fatta in modo approssimato e frettoloso ) mi sono stati danneggiati due split su tre. Ho contattato la sede che non ha preso alcun tipo di responsabilità scaricando il tutto all'operaio intervenuto. Così ora mi trovo con due split rotti e una pulizia che avrei potuto fare io spendendo un decimo. Da evitare.
Incapable staff. On cleaning (done in an approximate and hasty way) I was damaged two out of three splits. I contacted the office which did not take any kind of responsibility by downloading everything to the worker who intervened. Very well trained staff: punctual, precise and polite boys. They are very competent and reliable. Thanks to Adis, Giuseppe and Andrea for the excellent work done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto vari preventivi per l'installazione di una caldaia con prezzi da capo giro abbiamo trovato loro.Che dire con un prezzo giusto abbiamo caldaia nuova , valvole su tutti termosifoni e in più il addolcitore ad un prezzo ridotto. L'installazione l'hanno fatta Giuseppe ed Alessio che sono stati professionali , gentilissimi e non hanno fatto nemmeno tanto casino da farmi pulire tanto dopo ?, veramente bravi!!! Consigliatissimi!!!!
After making various estimates for the installation of a boiler with prices from the beginning we found them.What to say with a fair price we have a new boiler, valves on all radiators and in addition the water softener at a reduced price. The installation was done by Giuseppe and Alessio who were professional, very kind and didn't even mess up so much that I got cleaned up afterwards ?, really good !!! Highly recommended !!!!
