È fornito di un punto vendita, dove ti accoglie personale gentilissimo e disponibile, sempre con un sorriso. Oggi abbiamo comprato carne, uova, ricotta, formaggi, focaccia e pane... Tutti deliziosi e di ottima qualità. Si possono visitare gli animali... Tantissimi e tutti ben tenuti. Che dire... Se vogliamo acquistare prodotti genuini e stare a contatto con la natura è sicuramente il posto giusto! It happens to go there sometimes. La dipendente al banco è stata sempre gentile. Successivamente, a casa, chiamiamo per prenotare del pane per il giorno dopo e ci ha rassicurati che l'ordine è stato recepito e fino alle 13.30 erano aperti per il ritiro. L'indomani ci siamo recati apposta (10km da casa) a ritirarlo, ci imbattiamo nella titolare, che, con fare spocchioso:"me ne sono dimenticata e non ho nulla da darvi..." Senza scusarsi o fare un qualunque cenno di dispiacere...Risultato: un cliente con tutte le sue conoscenze appena acquisito e perso immediatamente...
