R	Roby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima masseria immersa in tenute di vigneti secolari, comoda per visitare la Valle d'Itria e per raggiungere le bellissime spiagge della zona. Camere silenziose, pulite e ampie con spazi in comune ben curati. Piscina con lettini a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione varia e abbondante, oltre che buona, servita sotto un bellissimo pergolato nel verde del giardino con ulivi secolari. Un paradiso e una tranquillità assoluta! Beautiful farmhouse surrounded by centuries-old vineyards, convenient for visiting the Itria Valley and for reaching the beautiful beaches of the area. Quiet, clean and large rooms with well-kept common areas. Swimming pool with sun beds available for guests. Varied and abundant breakfast, as well as good, served under a beautiful pergola in the greenery of the garden with centuries-old olive trees. A paradise and absolute tranquility!

Ottimo il servizio al bar e al ristorante, la pulizia delle camere davvero impeccabile compreso il cambio della biancheria. Le parti comuni, la piscina e il verde oltre ad essere pulite sono molto curate. Le camere sono dotate di un’area esterna in perfetta privacy. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e cordiale sempre pronto a rispondere alle diverse esigenze dei clienti. Sicuramente da consigliare. Excellent structure from every point of view: enchanting location immersed in an oasis of peace designed and furnished with sober but elegant taste, logistically strategic for visiting Puglia and beyond, the restaurant with excellent cuisine for the most demanding palates offers many traditional Apulian dishes. Excellent service at the bar and restaurant, the cleanliness of the rooms really impeccable including the change of linen. The common areas, the swimming pool and the greenery as well as being clean are well cared for. The rooms have an outdoor area in perfect privacy. All the staff are very polite and friendly always ready to respond to the different needs of customers. Definitely to be recommended.

Le camere, con entrata indipendente e con area esterna per fare colazione in perfetta privacy, sono arredate con gusto , spaziose e la pulizia impeccabile . La piscina è bella grande , molto funzionale e dotata di servizio bar, tutto il verde intorno è molto curato; per chi ama la lettura c’è un angolo con una piccola biblioteca. La cucina è di ottima qualità, in modo particolare la pizza che merita un 10 e lode. Ringrazio la direttrice della struttura la Sig.ra Angela per l’accoglienza che ci ha riservato, nonchè il personale, sempre disponibile e gentile, ringrazio tutti loro per aver allietato il mio breve ma stupendo soggiorno in quest’oasi di paradiso. Concludo confermando che l’intera struttura merita l’eccellenza. The Torre del Diamante farm is the best choice for a stay in Puglia in the pursuit of comfort and tranquility; the location surrounded by centuries-old olive trees allows guests to breathe a magical atmosphere and its extraordinary location allows you to quickly reach the main points of interest in the Itria Valley. The rooms, with independent entrance and with an outdoor area to have breakfast in perfect privacy, are tastefully furnished, spacious and impeccable cleanliness. The swimming pool is large, very functional and equipped with bar service, all the greenery around it is very well kept; for those who love reading there is a corner with a small library. The cuisine is of excellent quality, especially the pizza which deserves a 10 and praise. I thank the manager of the facility, Mrs. Angela for the welcome she gave us, as well as the staff, always helpful and kind, I thank all of them for having enlivened my short but wonderful stay in this oasis of paradise. I conclude by confirming that the entire structure deserves excellence.

S	Sonia Radosavlevici on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ over priced - no service -Terrible breakfast, only dry cake, yogurt with fruits, cookies, croissant with sugar and toast, everyday. You can pay 5 euros if you want a small glass of juice or an egg. -The staff is great honestly, the management on the other hand, doesn't have any customer service skills (by that, I mean YELLING at customers, this is unacceptable). Just read how they respond to bad reviews, it speaks by itself. Because of the bad customer service, we will not return and never recommend this place. -The installation is nice, in the middle of no where but misrepresentation of agrotourism, nothing is produced locally.

When we were there, there were a lot of flies though everywhere, which made it pretty annoying to chill around the pool. The breakfast was mediocre with mostly carbs option (eggs at extra cost). The walls in the room are paper thin so you could hear the neighbors flushing the toilet.
