Ubicata in un territorio di grande rilevanza storica (grotta di Paglicci), riconosciuta una della più importanti postazioni borboniche, mantenuta e salvaguardata con curati lavori, animata da Giuseppe Bramante, Agronomo attento alla razza podolica e difensore di un nuovo antico rapporto con la Terra e con le "razze". I prodotti caseari prodotti da animali allevati con cura e che danno soli 12/15 lt. di latte al giorno sono solo da assaggiare, per coglierne le squisitissime qualità.
Reviewing this Masseria with 5 stars is too simple. Located in an area of great historical importance (Paglicci cave), recognized as one of the most important Bourbon sites, maintained and safeguarded with careful works, animated by Giuseppe Bramante, an agronomist attentive to the Podolian race and defender of a new ancient relationship with the Earth and with the "races". Dairy products produced from carefully bred animals that give only 12/15 lt. of milk a day are just to taste, to grasp the exquisite qualities.
