★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una visita guidata nello stabilimento,nel complesso carino,anzi molto carino,inoltre i dipendenti sono sorridenti e gentili,insomma per un'espeeienza nella propria città lo stabilimento Tamma cade proprio a pennello.....Inoltre se qualcuno se lo stesse chiedendo la Tamma è lo sponsor ufficiale del Foggia Calcio,squadra di serie B.Dopo aver detto questo vi lascio godere una piacevole permanenza culturale a Foggia....Ricordatevi di visitare lo stabilimento Tamma ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per motivi affettivi e familiari... ricordo questo storico marchio già da piccolo negli anni settanta e si tratta di una prestigiosa azienda foggiana che esiste da oltre un secolo!
Dopo alcuni recenti anni di minor splendore, oggi la azienda, grazie agli sforzi della famiglia Sannella (proprietaria anche del Foggia Calcio), vive una sorta di seconda giovinezza.
Anche se l'assortimento dei prodotti contempla farine, passata e pelati di pomodoro, la notorietà del marchio è dovuta soprattutto alla produzione di pasta di grano duro proposta in diversi tipi e formati.
Le mie preferenze vanno agli spaghetti n 4, ai vermicelli n 5 e ai gomiti rigati n 18.
Peccato però che sia molto difficile trovare la pasta al nord ed oltre i confini della provincia di Foggia....
Perciò, trattandosi di ottimi prodotti, mi auguro che l'azienda possa concludere accordi anche nella Grande Distribuzione e la pasta sia acquistabile in futuro anche in molte altre zone d'Italia.
Tra le tante paste provate in Italia per me rimane tra le migliori (peraltro è un'azienda certificata ISO 9001!) e meriterebbe maggiore fama!
For emotional and family reasons ... I remember this historic brand as a child in the seventies and it is a prestigious Foggia company that has existed for over a century!
After some recent years of lesser splendor, today the company, thanks to the efforts of the Sannella family (also owner of Foggia Calcio), lives a sort of second youth.
Although the range of products includes flour, tomato puree and peeled tomatoes, the brand's reputation is mainly due to the production of durum wheat pasta offered in various types and formats.
My preferences go to spaghetti n 4, vermicelli n 5 and striped elbows n 18.
Too bad it is very difficult to find pasta in the north and beyond the borders of the province of Foggia ....
Therefore, since these are excellent products, I hope that the company will also be able to conclude agreements in the large-scale retail trade and pasta will also be available for purchase in many other areas of Italy in the future.
Among the many pastas tried in Italy, for me it remains among the best (it is also an ISO 9001 certified company!) And deserves greater fame!

Excellent pasta among the best around. I make an annual basis when I get on the Gargano for vacation. Unfortunately it is not found in Milan and its surroundings.
