Masseria Moroseta

Masseria Moroseta is not a hotel or a place to stay, it’s an experience. And the experience starts the moment you’re being welcomed by Carlo and Alessio and likely one of the cute English bulldogs. Passing iconic cacti and entering through what I call the gate to happiness, you get a first glimpse of the beauty of the premises. The Pugliese farmhouse hosts 6 individually designed rooms and happens to be an architectural masterpiece. Every element in the minimalistic rooms radiates luxury without being pretentious. The linen bedding and towels, the self-made toiletry products, the local art on the walls and the beautiful local ceramics from Grottaglie. Once you make your way to the common grounds, the interior dream continues. Vintage design furniture, architecture magazines, cacti, more ceramics, and above all, breathtaking views. And just when you think you’ve seen it all, you make your way to the pool and are stunned again! I recommend walking even further into the olive trees and take a look at the Masseria from there to see its full beauty. Well and then there’s the food. You don’t even know what the word “breakfast“ means until you’ve stayed at Masseria Moroseta. Trust me that you will want to take every opportunity throughout the day, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, to enjoy chef Giorgia’s amazing talent. Usually, I enjoy leaving a hotel for a meal to dive into the culinary scene of the area I’m in, but Giorgia literally is the scene, in Ostuni, Puglia and beyond! Thank you to the entire team for being such visionary, genuine and generous hosts!

We visited Masseria Moroseta for the second time, and fell in love with it and our Moroseta Family all over again. Every single detail is considered, Carlo and Alessio are the most wonderful hosts, full of love and great energy. They made our stay so memorable and were always so helpful and welcoming. They recommended some amazing restaurants and made the bookings for us too which was super helpful. Giorgia is a true star and a culinary visionary, her food is incredible - the taste, presentation and quality is flawless. Masseria Moroseta feels more like a second home for us, the atmosphere, location, interiors and scenery are perfection. There is no better feeling than spending a day by the pool, with a Moroseta Spritz in hand. We can’t wait to come back soon xxx Ps. This is by far one of my favorite places, magic, secret, hidden, intimate. Masseria Moroseta is immersed in the Apulian nature, red soil and olive trees, from here you can see the sea and the beauty of the white city of Ostuni. Food is extraordinary and Giorgia, the chef, is a rare talent - eating here is a true culinary experience. Breakfast is just wow. The team of Masseria Moroseta is a family, welcoming, friendly and professional! what else? I love Masseria Moroseta, can't wait to be there again!

If you are looking to arrive somewhere and from the moment you walk in the gate feel like you have been greeted by friends at the most stunning setting, this is your place. Masseria Moroseta is SO much more than a hotel or restaurant, you actually feel like you are at home...but with incredible service, views, scenery and food. The team goes above and beyond to make everything perfect in a warm way that is subtle. There is not one detail that is not thought of. From every dish, to the pool, the views, all the attention to detail and the incredible sunset. Georgia's food...WOW, sitting family style with like minded people you are in for a treat of local, interesting, not typical, deliciousness in every bite. We cannot say enough about this place. BOOK IT, if they have space. And dont forget to enjoy a magical day at sea on their boat!

My sister and I spent four days at Masseria Moroseta in June, and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we were greeted by Pierpaolo, we knew we were going to have an incredible time. The property was spectacular, the food and drink exquisite, our rooms charmingly understated while still being extremely comfortable. What really made this the best experience were our interactions with the staff of Moroseta. There is a real sense of community and family at Moroseta. You have the feeling that each person is inviting you into their personal home and wants you to experience this feeling as their guest. We will definitely be going back as soon as we can! Thank you to the entire Moroseta team for an unforgettable holiday!

Masseria Moroseta is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. From the food to the decor to the people, nothing disappointed; in fact, I had originally booked 2 nights and ended up extending my stay as I wasn't ready to leave. The meals there were consistently amazing–so fresh and delicious. The outdoor pool and dining area was so tranquil and relaxing. Rooms were cleaned every morning with a turn-down service at night. The lovely staff was so friendly and accommodating. Everything about the Masseria was so picturesque, it was a dream to have stayed there and I truly cannot wait to get back.

Everything was just absolutely stunning and flawless. We organised our wedding event here and stayed a few nights and we couldn't have had a better experience. Friendly and helpful people, incredibly delicious food and a stunning setting. Carlo, Giorgia and their team work like a beautiful machine, it's crazy. Would recommend everyone to get married here or at least stay and eat here :). 500 stars.

We tried to book a room for two years until we finally made it! The Masseria Moroseta is a dream, everything is very "thought through", the food, the interior, just gorgeous. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. We fell in love with the cute dogs, Angelina & Pepe on the property, so sweet! Also the rooms are beautiful and the price is 100% worth it. We also spent a lovely evening having dinner at the Masseria and met wonderful people as we sat at the same table. They care a lot about sustainability, producing their own food, shampoo, body lotion, etc. from natural ingredients. We hope to be able to come back sometime.
