Il mio preferito è il Caudium, un rosso spettacolare, è una delizia per il palato, rosso rubino con un sapore armonico. Gustato alla temp. 16/18 gradi, su carni, sughi e anche di meditazione. Per pietanze di pesce, Donna Laura è il giusto equilibrio, per gustare un pranzo a base di pesce. Poi c'è l'eccellenza, per i veri intenditori, il Capri con le tecniche di raccolta, e laffilamento nelle botti, diventa un rosso spettacolare di elevato livello. Apart from the kindness and availability, the wines of the Masseria Frattasi are excellent. My favorite is Caudium, a spectacular red, a delight for the palate, ruby red with a harmonious flavor. Tasted at temp. 16/18 degrees, on meats, sauces and also for meditation. For fish dishes, Donna Laura is the right balance, to enjoy a fish-based lunch. Then there is the excellence, for the true connoisseurs, the Capri with the harvesting techniques, and the sharpening in the barrels, becomes a spectacular red of high level.
