Enchanting farmhouse on the outskirts of a small 9th century village. Structure with attention to every detail with a fantastic swimming pool and outdoor spaces. Exceptional hospitality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschöne maseria (alter Bauernhof) im Zentrum von Specchia. Großzügige Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Der Außenbereich ist gut eingeteilt mit Ess-, Chill- und Schwimmbadbereich. Das Schwimmbad verfügt über einen flachen Kinderteil, wo Sie plantschen können.
Großer Vorteil der maseria ist die Nähe zum Dorfzentrum. Mit 2 min. Fußweg ist man im Dorfzentrum von Specchia!!
Der Hausmeister Mattia ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Waren 4 Familien mit Kindern für 2 Wochen dort und können es für einen Familienurlaub herzlichst weiterempfehlen.
Beautiful maseria (old farm) in the center of Specchia. Spacious rooms with private bathrooms. The outdoor area is well divided with dining, chill and swimming pool areas. The swimming pool has a shallow children's section where you can splash around.
The great advantage of the maseria is its proximity to the village center. With 2 min. You can walk to the center of Specchia !!
The caretaker Mattia is very courteous and helpful. There were 4 families with children for 2 weeks and can warmly recommend it for a family vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is amazing with all the utilities and amenities that you need and a short 5 mins walk to the centre of town. Both the host and the caretaker Mattia were available all the time to assist and support all our needs! A gem that I really recommend !
