โ โ โ โ โ A solid 3 star accomodation. As previously mention lacks atmosphere, very basic accomodation & guest interaction. That said very clean. Communication could be improved and donโt like they only accent bank TF or cash for accomodation if booked directly (international travellers)

โ โ โ โ โ We chose Masseria Alchimia in Fassano after reading about it in Conde Naste online. We stayed here four nights and it was our base to explore Puglia and Materia by car. We were five adults: a couple and our parents, plus a medium sized dog. The owner was our point of contact from the beginning, we booked three double rooms for the five of us. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One room had a garden which was perfect for our dog. All rooms were equipped with coffeemakers, tea bags. A masseria next-door had fresh groceries where we bought fruits and vegetables. The owner recommended excellent restaurants for us all over Puglia, and made reservations on our behalf. We had a great time, and always ate in wonderful places thanks to the guidance of Caroline the owner. Masseria Alchimia was the perfect place to get a goodnightโs rest and shower to get ready for full days of exploring Puglia and Matera.

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful serene place with designer inspired rooms! Everything is top quality. The owners are very warm and friendly. You will receive a very elaborate guide of the area and they can help you find places with delicious food and beautiful atmosphere.

โ โ โ โ โ I had the pleasure of discovering this accommodation when I participated in the Triathlon Borgo Egnazia. The rooms are in perfect Apulian style, furnishings and quality interior. Comfortable shower with immediate hot water. Comfortable bed. The hotel does not provide breakfast but all the means to do it independently, including a coffee machine with pods. So it is suggested to organize maybe before going back to the room for the night. The staff was friendly and professional. You deserve five stars if it wasnโt for having to suffer the annoyance of the rude cleaning staff who disturbed the moment of my breakfast while I was in the garden, in detail, expressing themselves in a bad way and vulgarity during their work activities.

โ โ โ โ โ We spent three wonderful nights at Caroline's Fasano property, Pallazinia Alchemia. The location was unbeatable, being steps away from the beautiful Fasano main square. The apartment is uber stylish with Italian chic and refined attention to detail. Caroline was so helpful and professional, making restaurant recommendations and reservations for us as well as booking a hairdresser appointment for me at the most devine salon in Monopoli! As it was winter, we missed being able to enjoy the roof terrace but we hope to be back in summer! Grazie Caroline for a fantastic stay.
