Personale incompetente, piatti bruciati, di bassa qualità e abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di 1 ora e mezza per mangiare. Arrivati non ci hanno neanche servito i menu, dopo 10 minuti di speranza abbiamo dovuto chiedere per i menu e dopo ulteriori 10 con i menu chiusi a cercare camerieri che giravano a vuoto lì abbiamo dovuto rincorrere per ordinare. La cena è andata anche peggio del servizio, il tortel di patate bruciato e unto sopra ogni sopportazione, l’olio non veniva evidentemente cambiato da molto tempo. I bottoni al brodo di bassa qualità, il brodo era coperto completamente dal gusto di lime e la pasta sembrava comprata al supermercato, stesso discordo per le patate al forno, sicuramente fatte al microonde. I camerieri sono impreparati su ogni piatto. Le preferenze non si fanno mancare, alcuni clienti che conoscevano il personale sono arrivati dopo di noi, finito di mangiare prima che noi potessimo iniziare a ordinare e gli sono stati offerti gli amari. Noi se pur abbiamo speso evidentemente di più siamo stati mandati fuori il prima possibile senza nessuna cortesia. Il conto è stato salatissimo, fuori da ogni prospettiva, seppur leggendo prima il menu. Mi spiace per il posto veramente bellissimo con un potenziale ottimo ma non consiglierei a nessuno ad andare. Disastrous experience. It bothers me to exaggerate but tonight's experience was lacking from all points of view. Incompetent staff, burnt dishes, low quality and we had to wait more than 1 and a half hours to eat. Arrived they didn't even serve us the menus, after 10 minutes of hope we had to ask for the menus and after another 10 with the menus closed looking for waiters who wandered around there we had to chase to order. The dinner went even worse than the service, the potato tortel burnt and greased above all tolerance, the oil had obviously not been changed for a long time. The low-quality buttons in broth, the broth was completely covered with a lime flavor and the pasta looked like it was bought at the supermarket, the same disagreement with the baked potatoes, certainly microwaved. The waiters are unprepared about every dish. The preferences are not lacking, some customers who knew the staff arrived after us, finished eating before we could start ordering and were offered the amari. Although we obviously spent more we were sent out as soon as possible without any courtesy. The bill was very high, out of every perspective, even if reading the menu first. Sorry for the really beautiful place with great potential but I wouldn't recommend anyone to go.

Personale e responsabile gentilissimi che ci hanno consentito di festeggiare al meglio il primo compleanno della nostra bambina: la location, gli addobbi delle feste hanno contribuito a creare un'atmosfera magica. Abbiamo la fortuna di avere il locale vicino a casa, quindi non solo ci torneremo ma ci serviremo del servizio camere anche quando verranno a trovarci amici da fuori città. Very welcoming place, characteristic, clean, simple and elegant at the same time. Very kind staff and managers who allowed us to celebrate our little girl's first birthday in the best possible way: the location, the party decorations helped to create a magical atmosphere. We are fortunate to have the place close to home, so not only will we return but we will also use room service when friends from out of town come to visit us.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo mangiato 2 antipasti, 1 primo io e 1 secondo lui, 2 dolci. Da bere solo una bottiglia di acqua e due calici di spumante... 100 €! Abbiate pazienza ma 50 euro a testa per la cena che ci è stata presentata sono assolutamente troppi. Ovviamente per quanto riguarda i piatti non posso giudicare molto in quanto erano tutti buoni ma per il mio gusto niente di che e visti i prezzi direi anche porzioni ridotte. Inoltre la location è molto "sterile", locali freddi e poco accoglienti. Quindi direi che di Maso c'è ben poco e non capisco proprio i prezzi così alti a cosa si possano riferire. L'unica nota molto positiva sono state le due ragazze che ci hanno accolto e servito. Molto cordiali, solari e preparate. Per il resto niente di speciale. Assuming that I am not an expert in the sector and therefore my words must be taken as a subjective experience, unfortunately I certainly cannot say that I was satisfied with this place. My partner and I ate 2 appetizers, 1 first me and 1 second him, 2 desserts. To drink only a bottle of water and two glasses of sparkling wine ... 100 €! Be patient but 50 euros each for the dinner that was presented to us is absolutely too much. Obviously, as far as the dishes are concerned, I cannot judge much as they were all good but for my taste nothing special and given the prices I would also say small portions. Furthermore, the location is very "sterile", cold and unwelcoming rooms. So I would say that there is very little of Maso and I really don't understand the high prices to what they can refer. The only very positive note were the two girls who welcomed and served us. Very friendly, cheerful and prepared. Nothing special for the rest.
