★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Erfahrung! Hatte eine Armani Jacke gekauft, die bereits nach einem Jahr Defekte an den Nähten aufwies. Als ich die "Chefin" (2. Stock, Herrenabteilung) darauf ansprach, meinte diese, ich solle zum Schneider gehen oder mich bei Armani direkt beschweren. Sie können diesen Schaden nicht reparieren lassen. Leider eine sehr unprofessionelle Kundenbetreung. Ich kann vom Geschäft bzw. der Nachbetreuung der Kunden nur warnen und abraten. Absolut unprofessionell!
Very bad experience! Had bought an Armani jacket that already showed defects at the seams after a year. When I asked the "boss" (2nd floor, men's department), she said I should go to the tailor or complain directly to Armani. You cannot have this damage repaired. Unfortunately, very unprofessional customer service. I can only warn and advise against the business or the aftercare of customers. Absolutely unprofessional!
