★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann man diesen wunderbaren Laden schnell übersehen. Im ersten Stock gibt es eine unglaubliche Fülle von feinsten Düften, die einfach zu schön sind um in einem Douglas zu stehen. Die Inhaberin ist unglaublich kompetent und nett. Hier gibt es echte Beratung in freundlichster Atmosphäre ohne jeden Kaufdruck. Unser Besuch bei Senn war eine tolle Duftreise. Ich habe mir schließlich "Rudis" von Nobile 1942 ausgesucht. Diesen Duft hätte ich nie ohne die Empfehlung der Inhaberin gesehen. Und nun avanciert er zu meinem Lieblingsduft.
Unser nächster Meran-Besuch ist schon geplant und ich freue mich jetzt schon darauf, mir bei Senn ein tolles Parfum auszusuchen.
 Unfortunately, it's easy to overlook this wonderful shop. On the first floor there is an incredible abundance of the finest fragrances that are simply too beautiful to stand in a Douglas. The owner is incredibly competent and nice. There is real advice in the friendliest atmosphere without any pressure to buy. Our visit to Senn was a great fragrance journey. I finally chose "Rudis" by Nobile 1942. I would never have seen this fragrance without the owner's recommendation. And now it is becoming my favorite fragrance.
Our next visit to Merano is already planned and I am already looking forward to choosing a great perfume from Senn.

La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto agraziata nei modi.
Il ragazzo è bravissimo, consiglia molto bene e con spiegazione su ogni prodotto che si prova.
I loro prodotti sono eccellenti.
Consiglio vivamente il negozio Senn.
It is a shop that as soon as you enter it seems small, but upstairs you can find many fragrances and it is really very nice, with an old style.
The owner is very kind and very graceful in the ways.
The boy is very good, he recommends very well and with explanation on each product that you try.
Their products are excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie habe ich erlebt, dass eine Beratung zu einem Duft so präzise genau auf meine Wünsche und meinen Typ abgestimmt wurden. Freundlich, professionell und ohne Gefühl etwas kaufen zu müssen.
Immer wird einem geraten erst mal eine Nacht zu schlafen um sich dann zu entscheiden. Diese Entscheidung ist nie falsch. Sobald ich in Meran bin besuche ich die Parfümerie Senn sofort.
Von zuhause aus bestelle ich dort gerne.
I have never seen advice on a fragrance being tailored so precisely to my needs and my type. Friendly, professional and without the feeling of having to buy anything.
It is always advised to sleep one night first and then to make a decision. This decision is never wrong. As soon as I'm in Merano, I visit the Senn perfumery straight away.
I like to order from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So einen Service und Beratung kann man lange suchen. Die Inhaberin ist wirklich perfekt. Die Auswahl , was Düfte anbelangt, ist grossartig! Nicht der übliche Quatsch den man in jedem Douglas Laden findet sondern exclusive Düfte! Wir sind jedes mal im Urlaub dort sehr gern Kunde.
It takes a long time to look for such service and advice. The owner is really perfect. The choice when it comes to fragrances is great! Not the usual nonsense you find in every Douglas store but exclusive fragrances! We are very happy to be customers there every time we are on vacation.

leider zu unserer großen Enttäuschung möchte ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass in Ihrem Geschäft leider nur Damen mit einem gewissen Auftritt Beachtung geschenkt wird.
Zum Bedaueren muss ich sagen, dass eine Verkäuferin niemals sagen sollte, das liegt nicht in deiner Preisklasse! Einfach Frechheit! Aber das Geld mögen auch Andere.
