Il pc mi è stato consegnato in pochi giorni funzionante e veloce come mai prima! Grazie mille! I took my pc to repair, now without hope because I thought I had to buy a new one. F	FABRIZIO COLAVINCENZO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA esperienza alla Marte srl Voglio cancellare tutti i dati su un mio iMac 21" per regalarlo a mia figlia ed aggiornarlo all'ultimo sistema operativo, allora telefono all'azienda in questione e mi assicurano che avrebbero potuto farlo. Porto da loro il PC e torno al lavoro,nelle giornate successive ricevo telefonate insistenti da un loro tecnico che pur di vendermi un upgrade ad un SSD da 500 GB si inventa il blocco permanente del Mac!!! Sono dovuto andare a riprendermi il computer bloccato , (quando lo avevo portato era perfettamente funzionante )senza vedere nessun risarcimento da parte dell'azienda. Hanno tecnici di PESSIMA esperienza e una segretaria interessata solo all'incasso del soldo. Se avete da fare una riparazione e se soprattutto ci tenete ai vostri oggetti sconsiglio la ditta in parola perché costano poco ma valgono anche meno perché non hanno rispetto nell'affidamento del contratto e degli oggetti a loro assegnati. Riflettete. Modifica dopo risposta della Marte Srl: Non ho avuto nessuno sconto del 60%,anzi una richiesta incessante di soldi per inserire poi un nuovo HD nel mio PC,pagato ma mai avvenuto! PESSIMA ESPERIENZA ripeto,pessime anche le inutili giustificazioni. Se vuole la Marte Srl spieghi come mai tanta incompetenza!!! Suggerisco alla Marte Srl di cambiare registro o vedrà presto la fine perché non sono l'unico che si è fidato di loro e ha perso non solo i propri soldi ma anche i propri oggetti. BAD experience at Marte srl I want to delete all the data on my 21 "iMac to give it to my daughter and update it to the latest operating system, so I phone the company in question and they assure me that they could do it. I bring the PC to them and go back to work, in the following days I receive insistent calls from one of their technicians who, in order to sell me an upgrade to a 500 GB SSD, invents the permanent block of the Mac !!! I had to go and get my locked computer back (it was in perfect working order when I brought it) without seeing any compensation from the company. They have BAD technicians and a secretary who is only interested in making money. If you have to make a repair and especially if you care about your objects, I do not recommend the company in question because they cost little but are also worth less because they do not respect the contract and the objects assigned to them. Think about it. Modification after reply from Marte Srl: I did not get any 60% discount, indeed an incessant request for money to then insert a new HD in my PC, paid but never happened! BAD EXPERIENCE I repeat, even the useless justifications are bad. If you want Marte Srl explain why so much incompetence !!!
