Il restante salamino, prosciutto, capocollo ottimi veramente ma in porzioni diciamo.... sufficienti. Non pretendo di saziarmi ma... Ci siamo fermati al primo, comunque. Uno spaghetto alla chitarre alla "Nocina" bianco con funghi e tartufo al quale ho accoppiato una polvere... Da sparo... Come piccantino e un bel montepulciano allegro andante. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Alla fine amaro strano (a base di genziana) ma molto digestivo. In conclusione? Andateci! Simple and welcoming place. Local specialties, such as an excellent white appetizer with cherry tomatoes and capers. The remaining salami, ham, capocollo really excellent but in portions let's say .... sufficient. I don't pretend to be full but ... We stopped at the first, anyway. A spaghetto alla guitarre alla "Nocina" white with mushrooms and truffles to which I paired a powder ... From shot ... Like spicy and a nice andante cheerful Montepulciano. The staff is friendly and helpful. At the end strange bitter (gentian based) but very digestive. In conclusion? Go there!
