Abbiamo pranzato con antipasto della casa, anellini abruzzesi e maltagliati alla crema di zafferano e salsiccia, bistecca di Angus e cubo di tartare, cremoso al cioccolato bianco e scaglie di mandorla. Antipasto dal sapore unico vista la provenienza dei salumi, latticini e fritti, Anellini abruzzesi al dente secondo la tradizione dal sapore deciso e vellutato, crema di zafferano sorprendente, taglio della carne semplicemente superiore alla media, cubo di tartare su letto di formaggi assolutamente da provare. We had lunch with a house appetizer, Abruzzo rings and maltagliati with saffron and sausage cream, Angus steak and tartare cube, creamy white chocolate and almond flakes. Anche optando per la pizza, si possono gustare pizze tradizionali o gourmet ottime. La cantina dei vini è molto ben fornita, da nord a sud, dando particolare importanza al territorio abruzzese. Proprietario gentile, professionale e dal servizio impeccabile. Prezzi nella norma. Consigliatissimo. Refined and elegant restaurant, as well as the dishes on the menu, with typical Abruzzo cuisine and quality products. Even if you opt for pizza, you can enjoy excellent traditional or gourmet pizzas. Il menù è interessante perché ha una scelta varia e personalizzata, non il semplice piatto di pasta o carne ma ricette particolari e interessanti con prodotti di qualità. La carne è stata particolarmente buona sia per la cottura perfetta che la riduzione azzeccata. Per finire ottima scelta di vini e di birre. I ate in this place over Christmas and I must say I was fully satisfied. New and well-kept place, competent and helpful staff. The menu is interesting because it has a varied and personalized choice, not just a simple dish of pasta or meat but special and interesting recipes with quality products. The meat was particularly good for both the perfect cooking and the apt reduction. Finally, an excellent choice of wines and beers.

Vi consiglio l'antipasto della casa perché veramente molto buono. La tartare, invece, si presentava a cubotti abbastanza grandi e se non si è amanti ti questa tipologia di dimensione, si potrebbe storcere il naso. In ogni caso la qualità della carne è stata molto alta. Una mensione speciale va fatta anche ai dolci che sono stati ottimi. I tried this restaurant with friends and I was very happy. High quality and flawless fried products. Second courses were great. I recommend the house appetizer because it is really very good. The tartare, on the other hand, was presented in fairly large cubes and if you are not a lover of this type of size, you might turn up your nose. In any case, the quality of the meat was very high. A special mention should also be made to the desserts which were excellent.

La struttura è elegante e si presta sia per gruppi numerosi che per pranzo o cena a due. Ma soprattutto abbiamo mangiato veramente bene. A pranzo piatti della cucina abruzzese rivisitati e presentati con gusto. A cena, dopo un giro dei dintorni, abbiamo deciso di tornare a provare la pizza. Eccezionale. Il ristorante ha un'ottima cantina, il servizio è all'altezza del luogo e il proprietario gentile e discreto è sempre disponibile per consigli. Infine il conto è stato sia a pranzo che a cena molto inferiore a ristoranti dello stesso livello! Il mio consiglio è di prenotare per essere sicuri di trovare posto e godervi questa esperienza culinaria d'eccellenza a prezzi contenuti. Se portate amici o per un appuntamento a due farete una gran bella figura. Io ci tornerò. I came across this restaurant on a trip out of town. I didn't know what to expect and was exceptionally impressed. The structure is elegant and is suitable for both large groups and for lunch or dinner for two. But above all we ate really well. For lunch, Abruzzo cuisine is revisited and presented with taste. At dinner, after a tour of the surroundings, we decided to go back to try the pizza. Awesome. The restaurant has an excellent cellar, the service is up to par and the kind and discreet owner is always available for advice. Finally the bill was much lower at both lunch and dinner than restaurants of the same level! My advice is to book to be sure to find a place and enjoy this excellent dining experience at affordable prices. If you bring friends or for a date for two you will make a great impression. I will stay there again.

Latticini di qualità superiore, ricotta di San Vincenzo valle roveto davvero buona, bufala campana squisita. Antipasto vegetariano molto saporito e ben presentato, consigliato a tutti ??. Primo molto interessante, sapore deciso e presentazione eccellente. Pizza sublime, non vediamo l’ora di tornare e provare il resto del menu. Personale molto gentile e preparato, servizio eccellente veloce e presente. Grazie per la bellissima serata, complimenti consiglio questo locale a tutti, a dopodomani!! Superior quality dairy products, really good ricotta from San Vincenzo valle roveto, exquisite buffalo from Campania. Very tasty and well presented vegetarian starter, recommended for everyone ??. Very interesting first course, strong flavor and excellent presentation. Sublime pizza, we can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Fuori, la struttura discretamente tenuta ma l'interno fantastico. Luminoso, moderno, ben allestito senza esagerare e tutto con gusto, sul tavolo fiori veri e non quelle piantine di plastica. Altrettanto i bagni, pulitissimi e ben curati. Con amici prendiamo 2 sfizi di fritti misti (€6,00) nei quali c'erano olive ascolane, mozzarelline, piccoli arancini, foglie di basilico e altro ancora....tutto molto buono. Una Pallotta cacio e uova (€6,00) molto delicato come piatto ma gustosissimo che non riesci a non fare la "scarpetta" con il pane. Io per secondo del filetto di maiale con riduzione di arancia e spinaci croccanti (€10,00). La carne era morbidissima, essendo cotta a bassa temperatura, molto piacevole. Inoltre mi hanno dato del sale-speziato da abbinare alla carne: basilico e aglio, zafferano e arancia, frutti di bosco e zenzero. I miei amici 2 tagliate di pollo (€9,00) con songino, zenzero e melograno. Un dolce, un caffè, 2 bottiglie di acqua e 2 mezzi litri di bianco della casa. Totale del buonissimo pranzo €76,00. Personale gentile e professionale in un ambiente elegante e piacevole. Locale consigliatissimo, da provare. Spectacular. In the area, by chance I stop at this restaurant. Convenient parking in front. Outside, the structure is discreetly kept but the inside is fantastic. Bright, modern, well set up without exaggerating and all with taste, real flowers on the table and not those plastic plants. Likewise the bathrooms, very clean and well cared for. With friends we take 2 whims of mixed fried food (€ 6.00) in which there were Ascolane olives, mozzarella, small arancini, basil leaves and more .... all very good. A Pallotta with cheese and eggs (€ 6.00) very delicate as a dish but very tasty that you can't help but make the "scarpetta" with bread. I for the second course of pork tenderloin with orange reduction and crispy spinach (€ 10.00). The meat was very soft, being cooked at a low temperature, very enjoyable. They also gave me spiced salt to combine with the meat: basil and garlic, saffron and orange, berries and ginger. My friends 2 chicken slices (€ 9.00) with songino, ginger and pomegranate. A cake, a coffee, 2 bottles of water and 2 half liters of house white. Total of the delicious lunch € 76.00. Friendly and professional staff in an elegant and pleasant environment. Highly recommended place, to try.
