★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so se sono stato sfortunato io o ho trovato un momento poco felice per loro. Esplico: ordino un prodotto che dovrebbe arrivare in 15 giorni. Dopo un mese chiamo e non sanno nulla. Mi reco in negozio una settimana dopo e non sanno darmi spiegazioni mi dicono che mi avvisano loro. Nel frattempo avendo comunque versato una caparra prendo altra roba che mi occorreva. Dopo qualche giorno scarto il materiale e la metà di esso risulta difettato con malfatture di fabbrica. Mi accontento e lo monto ugualmente avendo necessità. Non li ho mai più sentiti....atteggiamento assurdo.
I don't know if I was unlucky or I found an unhappy moment for them. I explain: I order a product that should arrive in 15 days. After a month I call and they know nothing. I go to the store a week later and they don't know how to explain to me, they tell me they tell me. In the meantime, having paid a deposit anyway, I take other stuff that I needed. After a few days I discard the material and half of it is defective with factory malfunctions. I am satisfied and I mount it equally having necessity. I never heard them again ... absurd attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordino un lampadario a metà novembre circa,mi assicurano tempi di consegna 10 max 15 giorni, lascio come richiesto un'acconto a garanzia e aspetto. Dopo una ventina di giorni faccio un "salto" in negozio ma non sanno dirmi niente se non che mi avviseranno loro appena arriva. Ad oggi,dopo due mesi e mezzo e quattro/cinque "salti" ho chiesto di annullare l'ordine. Veramente scocciato non ho nemmeno preso in considerazione un'eventuale alternativa (per non ritrovarmi nella stessa situazione) e la restituzione dell'acconto.
Solo adesso (purtroppo)ho scoperto di non essere l'unico "sfortunato"
I order a chandelier around mid-November, they assure me delivery times 10 max 15 days, I leave a deposit as required as a guarantee and I wait. After about twenty days I "jump" into the shop but they don't know how to tell me anything except that they will notify me as soon as it arrives. To date, after two and a half months and four / five "jumps" I have asked to cancel the order. Really annoyed I have not even considered a possible alternative (so as not to find myself in the same situation) and the return of the deposit.
Only now (unfortunately) I have discovered that I am not the only "unfortunate"
